We were lucky to visit Niagara Falls on a friday when there was almost nobody. Fabio is a very knowledgeable tour guide and does this with passion. I strongly recommend ZOOM. They were on time, no stress very confortable, new mercedez van. We had a complete tour of Niagara on the Lake which is worth visiting.

Our tour guide Mark was incredible. Very knowledgeable about the Niagara area and gave us an amazing tour of the historic district. The wine tours gave us a very different and positive attitude towards the process and efforts put into the wines we enjoy. All in all the money was very well spent. Mark even found something we forgot and returned it on his own time. That’s was huge. Awesome day.

We recently planned a trip to Niagara Falls Canada and booked a tour with Maria. Unfortunately, due to really bad weather, it had to be cancelled. Maria was excellent in dealing with, was prompt with communication, willing to accommodate times and dates depending on the weather. Unfortunately, the weather never really let up. Maria was very kind and issued a full refund. Just their customer service alone would make me recommend this company. We were very sad to not be able to do the Trike ride...Next time for sure!
