I just want to say a huge thank you to Kurt , Chloe and Cydnee who were the party hosts for this evenings charity event. Nothing was too much trouble for them from setting up a room for Father Christmas to calling the raffle and playing with the children whose ages ranges from 2-15years old. They were not only helpful but enthusiastic and energetic! Fantastic feedback from all who attended . See you again soon

Monkey Madness

Reviewed By Em4owen - Benfleet, United Kingdom

We booked Monkey Madness for my son's 4th birthday party and were incredibly impressed. The party host was polite, friendly and eager to help in any way. The facilities were lovely and keen and the children loved them. We booked a 4-6pm slot which was ideal as it was much quieter. The party food they provided was nice and fresh and they kindly cut up my son's birthday cake to put in the party bags I had bought him. I only wish we'd booked for longer. The reviews below mine are misleading and had me worried but I'd like to clarify a few points: Staff were nothing but polite and courteous. There are two gates that are secure and can only be released by a member of staff so children are safe. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. As mentioned above, party food was fresh, varied and children were given plenty of time to eat their food.
