Shadab-house, is located in a historical and cultural area in old town Tehran. It's near the Grand Bazaar, underground and bus station, and foreign currency exchange centers. You are within a few miles to the museums, art galleries, and handicraft centers. The apartment has 3 floors. One is a private roof top double bed suite with small kitchen and en-suite bedroom.

You will get an Invitation letter (for visa) from her, if needed a pickup from the Airport...and she can help you arrange everything you want to see or do in Iran. We saved quite a lot of money because she booked the hostels/hotels for us on our way through the country and always got better rates than we would have gotten....via whatsup (+98 912 171 4179) she will assist you on every step of your journey in Iran if you like... She has traveled Iran a lot herself and knows a lot of great ppl that will make your stay in Iran really good and family like. The rooms have Air-condition/WIFI/ Western Toilet and a little Kitchen. There is a nice little Garden in the back of the house and a rooftop. Every morning there is a fantastic breakfast. So if you want to go to Iran.....START HERE…it was the best choice we have made!!

Reviewed By Afshin HIt is a small hotel with nice views on top of a hill. It has a restaurant with limited menu but healthy ones. It is a budget restaurant. Hotel usually has low price. It is a maximum 3 stars hotel but clean.
