Very noisy hotel with very poor customer services!
Reviewed By okila2022I stayed in the hotel with my child, and check in was terrible lady gave me room with disable bathroom so I requested to change my room in the morning, however since 6am was so noisy steps from upstairs my child could not sleep and i got disturbed as well afterwards I requested to give me room from 3 rd floor receptionist on the desk was racist as she refused to give me I told her I am disturbed from the footstep noises and she ignored that so I face the same noisy environment on the following day as well! Dont get this hotel if you want to spend peacefull stress free stay! Also rooms was full of dust i requested the cleaner to wipe the dust for me!

Good value and good location but problematic windows in rooms

But the windows (tried in 2 rooms, both the same) do not close tightly and hence there is a gap that allows the road and wind noise into the room. Had to sit my suitcase precariously on the window bar in order to temporarily improve the window seal. Staff seemed helpless to be able to do anything about it and there was no follow up on it the next day.

Dogs loved it
Reviewed By kathrynfloExcellent stay, Julie abd the team could not do enough. Had our dogs with us and they were made very welcome. We all slept like logs. Plenty of walks around fir the dogs. Pub next door for all of us. Give it a go.
