Large hotel, but noisy!
Reviewed By Some_Guy_in_AngThe Hanlin hotel was one of the better hotels in the Changyi area some years ago, but has a very low "international" standard if you are looking for a hotel as an international visitor. The rooms are well kept and clean, but this is a smoking hotel so do not expect to find non-smoking rooms here. A lot has happened in Changyi over the past number of years, where newer hotels are opening up in the area with a much higher standard and for a very reasonable cost. The biggest problem was the amount of noise in the late hours, as people seemed to be very loud at any hour at the hotel. People yelling to each other and slamming doors in the middle of the night is not ideal. I have stayed here on a few occassions, but have not returned since newer hotels have opened up in Changyi city.

Reviewed By Some_Guy_in_AngThis was my first visit to this hotel, in which I have stayed at the majority of hotels in the Changyi area. It is by FAR the best that Changyi has to offer to date. I stayed at a suite for 4 nights, since the price for a two room suite was very affordable in comparison to many hotels of this standard. I would rate this as a 4 star hotel, yet the hotel has a very decent standard and did surpass my expectations being in a smaller city. My room was clean, nicely furnished, and very well maintained. A very large bathroom (also very clean), that had both a walk in shower and a nicer seperate "tub". There was also a guest toilet in the foyer of the room, which was also a very nice standard. The bed was not a typical "hard" bed as most hotels have in China. Each room had a large screen TV, but did not offer anything in regards to any international travellers (only channels in Chinese). The hotel does offer a bar, KTV, etc. but I did not visit any of these facilities. The morning buffe was fine, and offered mainly Chinese dishes, but did offer some western food as well. All in all, the hotel is rather well kept, the grounds that it is located on is pleasant, and is not far from the city center. In fact, this area is a part of the newer section of Changyi, which is more modern then the city center is in itself. I will DEFINATELY be staying at this hotel again in the future and will plan to stay here on each visit that I make to Changyi City (3-4 times per year). Anyone that might be making visits to Changyi that expect an "international standard" should look no further but use this hotel. Please note that the staff's use of English was extremely limited, and to expect to have some local help when checking in or out of the hotel. Lastly, the hotel does accept Visa and Mastercard, which is not always common in smaller cities/towns in China.

Reviewed By imstone酒店就在大超市上面，很方便。高层商务楼。比较新。在当地算较好的酒店。设施齐备。网络还不错。房间布局很好，干净整洁。临街一面稍微有点吵。

Slechtse hotel ooit voor zaken
Reviewed By Quinta890Gelukkig maar 1 nacht in hotel geboekt. Uit alle aankondigen maakten zij geen van de aankondigen waar. Bij mijn verblijf in Changyi altijd in betere hotels gezeten. Advies niet boeken ook al is de korting aantrekkelijk.

Reviewed By Quinta890Dit hotel is echt Chinese stijl voor zowrl de voorzieningen als het restaurant c.q. Ontbijt. Prijs is laag voor EU begrip en acceptabel voor China. Zoals vele chinese hotels is de badkamer geheel nat na douchen. Weinig mogelijkheden bij ontbijt.
