A beautiful sunny day in Ireland asks for some outdoor activity. We took the DART to Howth (30-40 minutes from Pearse station). The longest hike is the Bog of Frogs. Follow the purple arrows (and get a free map at the tourist information). Great views all the way: cliffs, light house, a beach, golf course, Dublin Bay, and a bit of forest. We had a little picknick (you have to buy food and drinks before you leave), and lots of photo stops. It took us about 4.5 hrs. Bring sun glasses and sun screen on a sunny day. Hiking boots recommended. Great experience!
