5 Golf Courses in Seychelles That You Shouldn't Miss

July 21, 2021 Brandee Mangan

Sailing, diving, fishing and relaxing are the main activities for visitors to the 155 islands of this Indian Ocean archipelago. Mahé, Praslin and La Digue are the most popular islands. Mahé boasts 65 silver beaches, plus an array of restaurants, cafés, bars and casinos in the tiny capital, Victoria. The Seychelles are home to UNESCO-designated sites, coral atoll Aldabra and Vallée de Mai, called the Garden of Eden. Creole is the main language, but English and French are widely spoken.

Lemuria Golf Course

Reviewed By jacksonday68 - Plymouth, United Kingdom

My Fiance suggested that I must play golf while visiting Praslin to get married. We booked by email a round of Golf in September 2018 for this August. The cost of 150 euros included: 18 holes of Golf on an absolutely stunning course, a virtually brand new set of Titleist clubs and Golf buggy. The buggy came equipped with 4 bottles of iced water and Jemmy the caddy met us on the 7th hole with fresh fruit. The service was exceptional and Jemmy was a perfect host with nothing being too much trouble. A difficult course which is very challenging but an absolute must do if you play golf and visit Praslin.
