Mercado na Invicta

Market in Invicta, you will find a little of our whole Country, mainly crafts Market at Invicta is an array of artisans in an ancient space steeped in history and authenticity! An old space that has gone through many changes, a medieval convent, a Victorian showroom or a car parts shop from the 90s. But it is in 2016, after almost twenty years of inactivity, that it reborn as a collaborative market that houses artisans of the city unbeaten Located on Rua da Fábrica, known by the oldest as the street where was produced much of the national tobacco, the Market in Invicta. From the old rustic stones that make up the white walls to the colorful mosaics that guide us through the central corridor. A beautiful space whose alleys lodge dozens of craftsmen with their exquisite works and that offers us a Portuguese craftsmanship of great quality and authenticity in downtown Porto.

My friend and I were exploring the city and literally stumbled upon this store. I needed some last minute gifts for friends and family and I found everything I needed here. Gifts for my young nieces, to my parents, to my colleagues at work plus some things for myself. I appreciated that local artists are represented in the shop. I highly recommend that you stop for a look and patronize the local artist community.
