There is nothing better than to be at this site on a cool, sunny day. If you are in Cyprus, don't miss Kourion. It is very close to Limassol and not too far from Paphos.

Bare relatively intact main castle, could be improved with some period furnishings. Only €2.50 entrance so worth a visit as good panoramic views from the roof. Toilets, free parking and cafe/shop on site.

The hill has far more to see, for free than, you pay 2.50 each for, down below. The toilets are good but obviously will require a ticket. Of course, you can consider buying a ticket just to support Cyprus tourism. The views from the top are amazing and I'll definitely be re-visiting for a sunset.
