This review is for SCRAP Escape Games' virtual escape rooms. I've played both "Escape from the Alien Research Facility" and "Escape from the Abandoned Laboratory". Content-wise, both games are excellent. They are very puzzle-oriented, so be prepared with pencil and paper to play! There is more role-playing than you might expect from a "typical" escape room experience, which my group and I enjoyed. It translated well into a virtual environment where everyone is playing on Zoom teleconference. Both of the games we played were conducted entirely in English and by professional game masters. They made our experiences fun for expert and new puzzle players. I would love to visit this venue in-person one day. In the meantime, I highly recommend trying out their virtual games!

A massive display of current Toyota cars, with different exhibits which will keep visitors of all age engaged and entertained. My 12 year old son really enjoyed the driving school which he gets to drive an electric car on an indoor lap. There were different levels and courses available. They also has a high speed e-Kart driving course but participants must be able to converse in Japanese to participate. They also offer test drives on their 1.3 km enclosed course but you must have both your International Driver license and DL from home country to partake on this. They also have a collection of vintage vehicles, including some Toyota and their rally cars back in the late 80's / early 90's in a separate building which you had to go through a connecting shopping mall to get to, which took a bit of time to find as there was no clear English signs. Overall, this is a must-do for any car enthusiast and excellent way to spend a morning or afternoon on a rainy day!

Sanrio Puroland is great fun for all ages. I took my daughter (7) who initially thought Hello Kitty is for babies and we both had such good time. The rides, shows, and games are all very well done and there are lots of places to eat inside the park. It is easy to get to by train. We purchased tickets online on Klook before hand and both booking and redeeming was super easy (this is not to be taken for granted within Japan so want to call it out). They hand out a map and daily schedule at the door. These are handy for planning out your day. We ended up staying for 6 hours because there was so much fun to be had.

Before Disney, there was Hanayashiki. A small, vintage amusement park with a few retro rides, some snack stalls and a charmingly simple atmosphere. Pre-teens would be bored but toddlers will love this place.

Great value so much to see and don’t miss the dolphin show both during the day and at night. Don’t forget to get you hand stamped so you can come and go all day.

Starting with the cable-car ride, we spent many hours here enjoying the rides and taking endless Instagram photos once the LED lights lit up the entire park. It was a relatively cheap activity for a family. The unexpected show near the ice-skating ring was a great way to end the night.

Odaiba is all spread over the reclaimed land. Gives a beautiful view of the sea side with cargo ships and site seeing boats in the waters. Have a plenty of options to attract all ages. Worth a ride is the Giant Wheel - gives a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji San on a clear day. Lego Land Madam Tussaud Shopping Fireworks on scheduled evenings Team Lab Borderless Go-Karting and much more. A great day to spend, but must start latest by 1000 am till you are exhausted.
