Reviewed By YvonneR1765The villa is a beautifully preserved late 1800s. All the rooms were tastefully furnished with beautiful bathrooms and fluffy towels (my passion). Breakfast was very consistent served by Daniel, a lovely person. Niccolò on reception was exceptional, He told us the history of the villa, which was very interesting. What a lovely holiday! We were made to feel really special.

Reviewed By FabiCorradI spent 4 days with my family (parents and boyfriend) in this wonderful hotel. Perfect location, a few steps from La Villa's shops and the nice center. The service is great and the hotel has hot a great wellness area as well, with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. A continental breakfast is served in the restaurant and gives you energy that lasts all day. I would definitely recommend Il Camoscio :-)

Reviewed By LucanonWe were there for a couple nights and we felt like at home. A great place with everything you need. Location is minutes from anything you want to see or do in Merano! Thumbs up! Thank you to the lovely family who runs it! Just get rid of the chocolate fountain at the entrance or I will come back to finish it! ?

Modern, clean and nice hotel in unbeatable location in Egna
Reviewed By SpielenHotel opened about 5 years ago. Nice and simple, modern furniture with straight lines which still looks new. Spotlessly clean. I had a well-sized room with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street in the very heart of Egna which was enjoyable (absolutely no noise from outside though). Good quality, firm mattrasses and pillows. Service was good. Management tries to please you whenever possible. What I missed was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. But I have to add that you can get coffee in the breakfast room from 6am onwards so it’s not an issue. Good price for the quality you get. Will come back and can definitely recommend.

Reviewed By Liz40FWe stayed a week in an apartment on the first floor. It was spacious and comfortable with a little balcony to sit outside. About 5-10 minutes from old town and waterfront, it was nice to get away from the bustle of the town centre. The owners are friendly. We only had breakfast on the first day, it was a fairly standard continental buffet with cereal, yogurt, pastries, cold cuts/cheese etc. The cleaners came to make beds/empty the bins every day and we had fresh linen halfway through the week.

Reviewed By AnPanLeedsStayed here for a night on the Merano hohenweg. The room was spacious and comfortable but a bit like a posh motel . The biggest problem was a stiff formailty which made you feel like you couldnt talk above a whisper and certainly not laugh.

Our apartments are fitted with the most modern comforts and allow you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The residence has 6 apartments "Drei Schuster" for 2 to 3 people, 1 apartment "Drau" for 5 to 7 people, provided with lift and garage with one parking space for each apartment. After a walk, a bicycle ride, a day on the slopes you can relax and experience the indoor swimming pool "Alpin Erlebnisbad ACQUAFUN", just 5 minutes away; the guests of the residence Tyrol will get a reduced price!

When I created my own family I had no doubt on the choice of the place to stay in San Candido. My husband and I decided to stay at the residence because with two kids it’s way easier to manage everyday life. Since then we’ve been to residence Tyrol many times. We stayed at the smaller flat when we were three and at the bigger one now that we are four. The smaller flats are perfect for two adults and a kid while the bigger one can host up to 4 adults! Everything is clean and efficient. Sabine is a super host: welcoming, nice and careful to her guests’ needs. We’ll be back for sure!

Reviewed By Excursion03792061067Nice appartement, very friendly host with good service. Free WiFi, ski storage area, garage, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. 5-10 minutes walk to the ski lifts. Quiet area, close by bus stop “Rathaus” and the supermarket. Several restaurants in the area.

Reviewed By Pr_reviewWe stayed in Villa Marta for a week in July 2017 and were generally very happy. The apartment was spacious, clean and fresh. The location was good both in terms of accessing restaurants/stores and perhaps more importantly in terms of getting to walking trails. There is a garage for your car. We also found the reception staff excellent - very helpful and nice. Two things would however need to be improved in my view in order to make the place absolutely perfect: - Firstly, it would be nice if the cleaning staff came by at least once during the stay to actually vacuum the apartment. This was not the case however so the job of the cleaning staff during the week was not really clear to me. They don't clean the apartment in any way during your stay, you're expected to throw out your own garbage (which if fine), but still they come by every day, seemingly to exchange towels if needed. A minor improvement here could really go a long way... - Secondly (and linked to the first point above), there are no cleaning products in the apartment. Absolutely nothing. So you stay for a week and basically on the first day you need to go to the local store and buy dishwashing liquid, an actual kitchen sponge, detergent for the dishwasher if you want to use it. And since the cleaning staff don't actually do any cleaning during the week, it would be nice to have a vacuum or at least a broom in the apartment to tidy up a bit. These are not deal breakers ,but they would as said above make Villa Marta really a perfect place to stay.
