He’s presented a number of lectures at various striped bass seminars on subjects including the biology of the striped bass, catch and release methodologies, as well as boating safety. A U.S.C.G. licensed captain and longtime resident of the Hudson Valley, Captain Jay also enjoys deer and pheasant hunting with his yellow lab Skipper.
