Sandy is an excellent chef. I had a wonderful time. I learnt to cook 6 different Mauritian dishes all of which can easily be made at home. You receive Sandy’s recipe book at the end of the class that is addressed to you personally. I am loving all the recipes as the are simple using ingredients that are readily available in the supermarkets.

So me and my wife (both mid 50's) decided on our recent visit to Mauritius to do some of the more fun activities including the Seabob. What a wonderful and fun activity this was. Very easy to operate after a 5 minute introduction and very safe. The Seabob does not go deeper than 2.5 meters when it returns to the surface by itself. Both of us used the Seabob for 15 minutes ongoing and it was so much fun - not too much strain on our arms and much more pleasure once you submerge below the surface. An unusual and very exciting activity. Cool and organised team that assisted us. This is a must-do activity.

As Mauritius lovers, regularly visiting the Island, we opted to experience something very different this time. We experienced some of the facets of this Package with a stay in the Kaz‘trla in the Domaine Bel Ombre. It was a great experience. We had the opportunity to visit this Domain with its Château and picturesque and romantic scenery...beautiful moment. It was an opportunity for us to enjoy local food, lovely. The gâteau Piments and ti-pouri during our safari drive were a delight. My husband booked also a Golf lesson at the Heritage. We also enjoyed our overnight stay at the Chazal camping tent and gave some fun with its zipline. It was really a very special time for us. We will of course rebook such a Package which we strongly recommend. Many thanks for these wonderful moment.

The day was beautiful and our captain Boyd was fantastic. The day started out great he took us to a few areas to snorkel and then to lunch (delicious!!) on Pinal island. Once lunch was done we headed back to the boat. One of the engines did not have any stearing the cable was broken from the salt water. We were told that a new boat would come out to get us. At this point we had already lost the 2.5 hours and then on top of that we waited another 2 hours for a boat to pick us up. We reached out the next day to the owner hoping that maybe he would offer the additional 2.5 hours but no. To start the day out so well and then end with a huge setback on what should have been an amazing experience.

We chose MUTT Mauritius Travel Tours mostly because their prices were the best, but honestly we couldn’t get better service, from no-hassle booking procedure to its execution. The driver was extra careful, and we went smoothly from one point to another. The information about the places and sights was provided but nobody pushed or rushed us... we could spend time taking photos or exploring the sights, or just take off if the particular point was of no interest to us. I love the laid back and casual approach, that’s exactly what we were looking for. However, if asked, the guide provided all the info and background. We were a bit picky about choosing the lunch spot - mind you, get prepared for rather steep prices in and around Chamarel for a more or less regular fare - but the driver was infinitely patient, took us to three different restaurants only to return to the first one upon our request, without a single word or grumble. We also used them for the airport transfer, which in our case was at 5am - excellent price and once again, impeccable service. We got the reminder the night before and a smooth and secure transfer.
