The views are unlike anything we’ve seen before: Truly breathtaking views of the caldera. We stayed at Erotas villa and LOVED it. The food is a chef’s kiss. Thank you to the chefs and servers who brought us warm breakfast, fresh fruit and drinks via a banquet style meal everyday. We had a lovely spread and dessert every morning and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the day. The villa itself gives you access to your own little home: all private balcony, patio, pool, jacuzzi, two bathrooms, an indoor jet pool, and more. Reviewed By millertyme52My wife and myself stayed at the amazing Ayama Hideaway Villa. This place is draw dropping. It is your own personal paradise. Private pool, jacuzzi, private sun deck and huge private Villa with full kitchen. Approx 5-10 minute walk to main resort. You are in your own private getaway down the road. George and all his staff make sure your stay is perfect. Would highly recommend Ayama from the Calm Collection to anyone. Bobbies made sure your Private Villa is perfect, any request anytime of day Bobbies was there for you. Stavroula at the front desk is always there for any bookings, tours or concerns. And at the resort pool (you have your own private pool in your private villa) Jon and Luda made sure you always have a cold drink (Passion Martinis are great here). This is a place to relax as a couple, or to bring your family. Once again George has truly had this a vacation we will never forget.

Reviewed By Barbs25We had the most amazing 4 nights at this hotel and were so sad to leave! The staff were incredible from arrival, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Apologies I can’t remember everyone’s names but Poppy, Zee and all the staff were just incredible. So friendly, accommodating and truly couldn’t so enough for you. Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds were comfy too. The bathroom was nice and modern, rainfall shower was lovely. Robes and slippers were a nice touch as well as all toiletries being provided. Towels were big and fluffy and so were the pool towels. Our terrace area was huge and the jacuzzi was great to have there along with sun beds. Breakfast was included and made to order each day. You can choose what you like the night before and change it as you like. Everything from omelette to fruit, yoghurts, coffee, juices - all fabulous and cooked freshly for you. No other food was available for lunch as the hotel has just reopened but they had a great local takeaway that delivered lovely gyros to us for lunch (they take card and reception can help you place the order). Th bar offers a lot of drinks options and they served us by the pool most days (it was quiet so we just nipped down to reception when we needed anything and someone came up to us. The water was free, a large bottle in the room each day and by the pool too. We thought that was a nice touch as most places really rip you off for it. Other drinks as well were well priced like Pimms cocktails at 9€ (fira town start from about 14!) There is a free shuttle 3 times a day to get to fira which was really handy. You can get a taxi but it’s 10-15€ which is a bit mad for a 5 min drive. You could walk it but it’s not a great walk and may take 20-30 mins. Nowhere to walk to from the hotel really but that’s what we loved about it as it’s more remote which offers better privacy than the hotels in the towns. All staff worked so hard, they’re up early cleaning around the pool and making sure the walkways are swept too. The only notes for improvement we have is that more hooks would be useful to dry towels and a rack outside too. Also we booked a room for 3 which was shown as a double bed and double sofa bed but this was actually single sofa bed. Otherwise we really loved the place and would absolutely come back. For the service etc it’s one of the best places we’ve stayed in the world.

The pool a good size but you don’t have a view to the ocean. The rooms were clean, the mattress very comfortable. And the rooms spacious. Breakfast is served on a box, it included a croissant, boiled egg, ham & cheese and yogurt with fruits. The room had a stove and refrigerator. The pool is heated. The stores and restaurants are very close. Everything within a walking distance. The AC is tricky works well but you need instructions for good operation.

Reviewed By U7750CApaulcWe have just spent a week in fira Santorini what an amazing island of Greece it is. We stayed at the Dana Villas which is about 10 mins walk from the main area of fira. We arrive at the hotel via transfer which the Hotel Manager / Owner of the Hotel arranged prior to flying over to the Island. We researched the area and the found this hotel, and once we booked it the Hotel Manager / Owner Evi was always in contact with us asking if we had any questions etc. Evi met us upon arrival, which was in the early hours. However, she was full of smiles and happy to talk to us whilst we got settled into our room. One of the first things Evi said to us was to have some rest and sort checking in the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble. The following day I went to the reception, and everything was ever so easy. Evi makes you feel not just like you’re on holiday but part of her family whilst you are staying in the hotel and on the Island. Evi is very chatty and always ask if everything OK etc. The rooms are beautiful and really clean. Every day the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard which Evi and her team work very hard from the sun coming up to well after sunset. It’s quiet and you can get a very good night’s sleep. It’s just the perfect location as you are 10 mins walk away from the centre, but just far enough away from all the party nightlife of Fira. Breakfast - I couldn’t believe at first when Evi ask you what you would like for Breakfast, she asked what you want, rather than this is what you get, nothing is too much trouble, so very welcoming and gives you all the best information of where to visit and recommends restaurants to visit, all of which are very good. Evi and her team go out of their way to help and guide you. During your stay at Dana Villas Evi makes you one of her family and we will be back in the next year or so to see Evi and her team. We feel we have made friends with Evi and her team, and we thank them for all they did to make our stay on the island of Santorini all the better. Once again Evi thank you for taking care of us, Stay safe and well. We both hope that you and your family are stay healthy and continue to make all the people you have come stay with you smile like you did us. Take care and we will see you again. Our room was lovely, with a private hot tub. It is very close to the centre of Thira but away from the chaos. Definitely recommended. We are looking forward to come back soon

George - the host was very helpful and responsible when needed. There was an issue with the outside AC unit which generated some noises so George moved us the higher standard suite.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment with a private pool. It was not a pool, but more of a small jacuzzi. The worst part was, it wasn't even usable, it was only half filled and not working due to a crack causing a leak! They said there was a leak and they would fix it the next day. Two days later, they said it wouldn't be fixed at all . At the end of our stay we found out that it has been spoilt for weeks. The hotel didn't bother informing future guests that the 'pool' wasn't working (a review from 10 months ago mentioned the same issue) . If you have booked the villa with private pool, please cancel it unless you want to argue with them and not have them do anything about it. According to the hotel, if we are upset with it, we should have asked for a refund and left the hotel and found somewhere else to stay. I wasn't informed this was an option until the last day. Secondly, the air conditioner wasn't working well (important during summer). It turned on for 1 minute and off for 2 minutes (the whole night), in 25 degree humid weather it was torture. Informed them the next morning, it wasn't fixed 15 hrs later and they blamed me for not informing them. This was fixed a few hrs after i reminded them (after 1 night of sleeping in a very hot and humid room) . I felt we were quite understanding and can appreciate if issues take a few hours to be fixed. However, a delay of 1 day to never in terms of fixing issues (that existed before we arrived) is disappointing. The location of the hotel was about 15mins off from Fira Square but that's one of the few correct things about their room advertisement. Just terrible service and and even worse room experience. I would have appreciated some kind of compensation for paying extra for the private pool and not getting it, but they didn't even bother with that. The manager Alex couldn't make the 20m walk to our room to discuss this during our 3 days stay even after we complained every night, he should really not work in hospitality with this attitude. He left us to complain to Michael in the night shift who was too junior to do anything. Hospitality can really be recovered with compensation, but this hotel fails to realize that. None of the staff at the reception should be working in hospitality, they couldn't be less interested in their guests. Based on past reviews, they have no clue of how to handle frustrated guests resulting from their poor hotel facilities

It consists of 6 beautiful private villas with traditional architecture, spacious rooms, large outdoor garden area and private swimming pools in front of each villa. Also a very nice apartment with an outdoor jacuzzi and spacious rooms. There are totally 2 Premium Villas, renovated in 2020, with private pools, 3 Two-Bedroom Villas with private pools, 1 Two-Bedroom House with private pool and 1 Two-Bedroom apartment on the ground floor with an outdoor heated jacuzzi. The resort is located at Exo Gyalos which is a part of Fira, in a private and quiet area (3km from the centre of Fira), close to nice beaches and local attractions. By car it is a 5-minutes drive from the centre of Fira the capital of the island. All the accommodations of Sienna Eco Resort offer a large living room with comfortable sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds or single beds, one or two bathrooms, large verandas - patios, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a private pool for each villa with lounge patio, sun beds and umbrellas. Especially the Premium villas offer additionally extra pool for kids. All the villas offer private parking space. Five minutes from Sienna Eco Resort is the Exo Gyalos beach which is very famous and ideal to have lunch or just drink a cock- tail by the sea.

Reviewed By Helen HAlthough the manager Stelios was very helpful (he supplied us with WhatsApp number so we could book taxi’s) he had to go away as had a family emergency. We were the only villa booked for the week albeit a family did turn up one evening then left the next morning. Not sure why. Stelios was living under our villa under separate entrance. Not much privacy although the gardens are new so in future probably will give more privacy. Villa was clean and large. Not keen on handheld showers in both bathrooms. Did not get daily maid service. They forgot to deliver our breakfast one morning. Like another reviewer said not sure why is has ‘eco’ in the title - plastic wrapped food and toiletries. Pleasant stay. Weather fab but small swimming pool was just too cold. Need to hire a car as booking taxis gets very expensive. Very friendly island.
