Will NOT honor reservations booked on the Best Western Site
Reviewed By tommccarthy2781The local management ands owners won't honor on line reservations. The management unilaterally cancelled my reservation that I was able to book on the Best Western Web site. I took the extra step and visited them to insure that my reservations were in order. the next day the cancelled them saying that they only will accept reservations for more than one night. I booked for only one evening. I thought that was rude. They should have had that stated on their site or blocked my ability to book the room. I received a written confirmation that my reservations was accepted. They noticed after the fact that i had booked for only one night. Not smart to reject your booking a day later after you were accepted . Best Western said they have no control over the local Best Western hotels that do not follow company protocol. They also agreed this was a policy violation

Reviewed By Cesar ZIt was an Ok staying, last night i was there and the air conditioner was too noise and they won't transfer me to another room, that was too bad. My partner and I left the hotel that night even when the night was already paid.

Reviewed By alexvD5521ZUGreat staff and great place to stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting and want to experience the local culture. You absolutely have to try the amazing restaurant. They have some of the best chilaquiles and enchiladas. Definitely a hidden gem in Culiacan.

Reviewed By UriOaxacaEncontré este pequeño hotel durante un viaje de negocios en Mazatlán Sinaloa, Es un hotel súper confortable, en mi caso el único detalle es que me asignaron una habitación que da a la calle del lado de la playa y en la esquina del hotel esta una cantina que tiene música en vivo todos los días y finaliza hasta ya casi amaneciendo, en mi caso aunque fue molesto el ruido pude descansar pero espero a más viajeros les sirva de experiencia y elijan otra habitación. El personal es muy amable cabe destacar el profesionalismo de Daniel quien siempre estuvo atento y profesional desde el momento que realicé mi reservación. Sin duda en alguna otra oportunidad de visitar Mazatlán me hospedaré en Posada Doña Rubino.

Reviewed By CanyonShamanNo matter how many times we try to encourage this company to clean up their act, it just gets worse. Be prepared for horrific stinging mosquitoes, noseeums, and roaches. Water and toilets seldom work. It is a pity as the recently deceased owner is rolling over in his grave. Walk down the street....and stay pretty much anyplace but here.

Laura Lizarraga and Roberto Osuna, we cant thank enough for all your guidance in our wedding event during these months until the final date; you created such a great memory that we will always keep in our hearts. Food was excellent, waiters were amazing, the view and atmosphere in the garden by the beach made this place perfect to get married. Our stay was pleasant and memorable journey, every person in this hotel ensured that we had a great time. Bell boys help in every possible way to make your stay easier and comfortable moving you around property in the golf cart or just bringing some ice to your room to have a cold drink (Miguel Hector, Valerio, Freddy, David, Leo, Octavio and the other Miguel, you are an amazing team!). Ricardo the waiter at the gruta's pool is responsible of fun memories for my all family with his Ricardo's Special drink. Jesus in the main restaurant was always making sure my kid (3 years old) had something for kids on his dinner. The cleanest in the room its such a great plus, it was always good to come back from a beach day and found your room like it was your check-in day, also my mother in law forgot her wallet in the room on the check-out date and we got it back from our house keeping lady (thank you so very much for your honesty). Don't hesitate in this property, it will be always a holiday full of wonderful memories!!

Reviewed By Bob5440Spent a couple nights here over Carnival. Clean, quiet, safe, friendly staff and filled with Canadians. Even the smaller rooms come with full kitchens and there are suites with separate bedrooms. There is also a small pool, wifi and low monthly rates.
