Everything was incredible and the entire staff made us feel at home the entire time. From the amazing breakfast every morning to the late night room service, all of the food was delicious. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. Last but not least, the hotel was in a perfect location. Easily walkable to anything that you would want to do with a perfect view of the water and the sunset in the evening. We felt like we did not even have to leave our balcony to experience the views! We would highly recommend Charisma Suites to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Amazing Hotel and Staff
Reviewed By Graham WA quite exceptional hotel right on the beach at the end of the beach strip. From the warm welcome to the back up help on departure should the flight be delayed or cancelled the staff at this hotel were exceptional. On reception, Stathis, Thavos, Euily & Georgia plus Agapi, Kostas and the rest of the Restaurant team always checking how things were with a smile. The food was top quality, the breakfast so fresh with constant replenishing and as others have said staff who remembered your drinks order. We had the evening buffet @ €25 pp such good value with different hot choices each night. Food is never piping hot that is the style everywhere but always hot enough with warm plates. The buffet came with free bottled water. The restaurant was staffed so well there was never a wait for a table or dirty plates and every effort was made to find a table that suited it was run with great organisation. Room keeping was top notch with towels changed daily and linen every two days couldn't ask for more. Reception made a point of saying if a problem occured to advise them straight away and they would sort it and they were true to their word with a minor issue we had plus followed it up throughout the week. The grounds were immaculate with none stop cleaning everywhere was so well kept. As mentioned by others the airport flight path crosses the front of the hotel so there is some plane noise and they appear low but the planes are infrequent and can be quite an interesting sight. Certainly no guests seemed bothered with it. Lots of freshwater pools around the complex with sunbeds to use plus plenty of beach sunbeds and umbrellas. Plus if you feel lazy a beach refreshment service from the restaurant with a linked button on each umbrella table. The adjacent strip has a multitude of bars and restaurants with some entertainment. Getting around the bus stop to Fira was a 10 minute walk, frequent services and only €1-60 so easy to visit the main places. All in all a very enjoyable stay at the Costa Grand and certainly one to consider for returning to in the future. Thank you all at the Costa Grand.

Loved having breakfast delivered Every morning to our balcony All the staff we came into contact with were really helpful and friendly Santorini is stunning and has to be seen to be believed It is expensive though so bring plenty of spending money There are some nice restaurants nearby and I also managed to walk into fira and back which at 7 months pregnant was no mean feat .

Reviewed By laures368Our stay was absolutely delightful, the team and Dimitris in particular is extremely kind, genuine and helpful. Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were in our jacuzzi with a delicious local sparkling wine and a very generous fruit platter. They helped us organise our time here and had great recommendations. Location-wise this is perfect, a few minutes away from the center of Oia. Thank you so much again for this wonderful stay!

Excellent place to stay with small caveats
Reviewed By ZiNYC4.5/5 Excellent hotel. Great service. The town pyrgos is a bit far from the center of the town but the town has restaurants and markets. It’s also quite close to the ferry port. Would stay again but there’s some issues which prevented it from getting a 5 star. The suite we stayed at, the bathroom is teeny tiny, and I mean tiny. The shower room (separate from the bathroom) is amazing though. The couch cushion was a beanbag chair which wasn’t super comfortable. The private pool has jacuzzi but is not heated.

In my opinion there are missing a lot of details like a little bit of shade. Everything is done a bit loveless, which is a pity. My kids had another room, which didn't correspond with the images on the website. That was very unfortunate! Overall I'd rate this place only average.

Fantastic holiday
Reviewed By Chance26We have just returned from staying at Iliada Studios and would not hesitate to recommend the apartments to anyone visiting Perivolos. We stayed in a ground floor apartment which suited us as it meant we were only 30 seconds away from both swimming pools. During the day we generally spent most of our time around the pool with the bar as that had music. Although the rooms are basic, they have everything you need including a fridge, kettle and hairdryer, as well as little toiletries in the shower. The room was cleaned every day with the floors mopped, beds made and new towels provided which was fantastic. On our last day we were struggling to get hold of our transfers but reception told us to leave it with them and go back to the pool to enjoy the sun. In no time at all they had arranged for our pick up, taking all the hassle away. We cannot thank the staff enough as every single person was always on hand and gave great service, however a special thank you has to go to Maria and Yanis who made us feel so welcome and made our stay a great experience. From helping to order us a take away when we had returned late from an excursion (glass bottom boat arranged at reception- would recommend), to making sure we never went thirsty round the pool. The apartments themselves are situated within a few minutes of the beach at Perivolos where there are lots of beach bars/restaurants, water sports and the bus stop to take you to Fira and Oia. Perissa is also only about 20 minutes walk. In the opposite direction there is also a Euromarket. Thank you to everyone at the Iliada for making our first visit to Santorini so amazing. If we return to the island we will definitely stay again.

He heaved our 2 heavy luggages up the bumpy road and down the stairs to the room! (other accommodations needed 2 men to help) The view from the accommodation is drop-dead gorgeous. Apart from residing right below the Christian Orthodox Church, you can also see the many other accommodations, church domes and cruise lines in the vast expanse of the ocean. Truly a magnificent view. Nektar took to great detail in explaining all the aspects of the room, from how the cave house was built, the material used in the construction, and it’s rich history. All the furniture was also chosen with great care. You can see a lot of thought in the way the accommodation was designed. Nektar not only owns Luxury Angel Suites, but a lounge as well (Nektar Lounge) where you can enjoy drinks and some food with a lovely view. His cocktails are creative and delicious! Definitely should pop by for a visit as it is conveniently located above the accommodation. His breakfast spreads are also phenomenal, with a large variety of breakfast foods for you to choose from (how you like you eggs done, muesli/granola with yogurt, mini croissants, different types of cake, the list goes on and on). You definitely won’t leave the breakfast table hungry. We had trouble finishing the huge but sumptuous portions! Location-wise, Fira is great. It has the vibrancy and energy of Oia, but with significantly less crowd. If you’re into shopping, Fira is a great place to do that as the items for sale are much, much cheaper than in Oia. You get the diversity of options in Oia too! Highly recommend Fira. Overall we had a fantastic time, and a huge part of it was thanks to Nektar’s warm hospitality. Would strongly recommend a stay at Angel Luxury Suites!
