Reviewed By Ootytraveller123We stayed here as a couples for one night stay. Place is very calm but outer on the city on te bye pass. I have called up the property before 1 week to make a booking , I had a flight on the next day morning so we had booked a room for night stay. It was perfectly an awesome stay rooms were neat and clean. Hospitality of the staffs were a step ahead. Once you tell your plan no need to follow up again everything was arranged on time including airport drop and pickup. No words of comparison definitely will stay back again while visiting Mysore. A Special mention to Aquib whon made our stay and itenary to go smooth. Really appreciated. Thanks to the entire Dawn team for their hospitality and good services.

Property needs renovation, the staff though are excellent
Reviewed By Devarajan612We had booked the Maharaja package and our experience was not that pleasant. Positives - 1. The cottage was BIG - with a wide sit-out space 2. The property is huge and they have a battery cart to ferry guests between the room and the reception 3. Property is dotted with lot of trees, esp. Mango - it was a beautiful sight. There were also a lot of hammocks provided at many spots inside the property 4. The swimming pool was well maintained 5. Food was good - the buffet had a decent spread 6. Staff - this is the BIGGEST plus of this place. We were well attended to - right from check-in till we checked out 7. Though the jungle (jeep) safari - that comes with the package - is mentioned to be a 3 hour one, the staff took an additional 45 mins to try to sight a big cat (we couldn't spot one, though another jeep in our group did manage to spot a panther). The staff were knowledgeable about the birds and animals that we did manage to spot. Cons - 1. The rooms needs renovation - there are huge cracks running across the walls and the main door was rickety. It rained in the night and there was a big gap in the door due to which lot of bugs/insects entered the room. Hope the management fixes this ASAP 2. Though the itinerary mentioned a bon-fire, it was cancelled after a light drizzle (of 5 mins). They could have waited for the rain to abate 3. The recreation room (underneath the reception/dining area) needs repair

Reviewed By chaitrapallaviUnprofessional. The SPOC we were interacting with Mr. Shivkumar, has no sense of customer service nor making business. We booked through booking dot com, and upon calling were told they are running full, upon explaining he says he will cancel on booking dot com. Then Mr Pradeep calls up to tell that they are running full and instead he will provide a independent house. We acknowledge. And upon checking in, the sheets are dirty, no drinking water, no towels and absolutely no sanitization. Even after reminders, we never got our towels. The house provided was good but the treatment was lousy.

Worst place to ever stay for family holiday. Rude management no courtesy.
Reviewed By Jennie KPlease dont book this place for your stay. I had booked this place for our stay on 23rd and 24th aug 2018 through Oyo and did online payment for convenience. With me I had my two kids aged 1 a d 2 year and my senior citizen parents and guess what when we reached there around 1 pm we were denied rooms because they don't accept online payment. Mind it... Online payment option was there on oyo website. They didn't even take responsibility of helping us instead the manager and receptionist lady were very rude. They just pushed me to customer care as if it's none of their busines. Repeatedly I requested if they can do something that can resolve the problem as it was a problem between them and oyo, why being a customer We should suffer. They didn't even have any courtesy to help even after seeing two small toddlers and senior citizens with me. Oyo captain Akash is total waste guy, he too pushed me to customer care instead of helping. Entire day got wasted because of it. Managment of this apartment is total waste, they dont even understand what is hospitality and they were so rude. Please dont even go to this place if you want to spend some quality holiday. They should get below 1 star as rating.
