Reviewed By kamalmnorThe hotel is beautifully designed, simple with minimalist concept. What I like so much about the room is their natural light that bright the room during daylight. The hotel provides free coffee and tea at pantry including some food like biscuits, pineapple tart and fruit like apple and banana. The host was so friendly and accommodating. The limitation is their wifi in the room. Very slow and not suitable if you want to stay and doing work in the room. Other things are good. Thank you for the hospitality!

Mouldy, dirty, stains everywhere
Reviewed By AlnedraAs it was a fairly new building, I thought it wouldn't be too terrible. But there were stains on the bedsheets and cushion covers, even a chewed piece of gum lying on the pull out bed! I later saw another piece of gum on the floor in the corner. The airconditioning unit was obviously much older than the building and caked with grey dust. Bathroom had pink and black mould on the walls, and smelled horrible. Fridge likewise. Drying rack where the dishes were had lizard droppings all over. A cracked, almost broken glass tumbler was stuck in the corner next to the drying rack. Asked around 11am for housekeeping to clean the room and was told that they could only do it 4-5pm, so I said forget it. My first and absolutely last time here!

Reviewed By yuva906This is the prefect hotel for a weekend getaway in Malacca.The room were clean and comfortable.The staff at this hotel is very helpful.The only thing,I didn't like about this hotel is their breakfast. The choices of foods was very limited.Overall I would return back and recommend about this hotel to family and friends.

Reviewed By serenet674A perfect holiday getaway with my family. The whole process from the room booking to check-in is very easy and convenient. The staff was responsive and helpful. The resort is clean and provides us a great hospitality. The resort provides us almost every facilities from good rooms to a big and nice outdoor swimming pool, games room, fitness center, and the one we love the most, is the relaxing jacuzzi spa facilities. The food was great, a healthy choices food that makes my parents like it the most.. And what I need to mentioned, is their activities..You will be giving a so call "passport" and all the activities and facilities is stated in the passport. After check in, we participated in their honey harvesting activities guided by their staff, it is really our first in life experience, and we really enjoy the fresh whole coconut drink. At the night time, we went to their mini movie cinema. The next day, continue with the morning orchard trail walk, yoga, swimming, canopy walk, karaoke, spa... It's really Awesome! Just can said, the activities there is a lot, and is just depends on how you going to arrange your time to join in all the activities. We able to participate in most of the activities by following their in house activities schedule. And it is true, 2 nights is not enough! Ahha.. Definitely, we will come back again next time. Overall experience was awesome at the resort! recommend dis hotel to every couple and families.. It's really a nice place to avoid the crowd and escape from the city.

Reviewed By EilGags- Nice concept , place is in right in middle of the rubber plantation . - It’s a new property and rooms are quite neat and clean . - quite small resort only 16 rooms , we were 5 families so had a good time. - Food : menu is limited , kitchen is small but whatever they have won’t disappoint you . - Staff : staff is friendly , quite flexible - breakfast: Set breakfast but not much options to chose from , unable to handle a group of 15 pax. - Runber plantation tour : honestly this can be their USP is they handle it well , no one to guide you , they won’t even tell too many mosquitoes on the trail , could have been better Overall a good weekend gateway for KL residents , however not a fancy place .
