Are we at resort?
Reviewed By PanddadyThere were many great factors in this resort having beautiful view, aquarium near by, clean air, relaxing atmosphere, breakfast was outstanding. On and on.... But while the resort is with all the goods and great natural resources, I wasn't sure if I was in resort. Felt like I was in very nice and well assorted apartment. I wasn't sure if I was at Jeju. While the other resort area have a atmosphere of "resort", it was questionable. Although, there is also a point of view how vacation doesn't need to take place is so very special place. This resort is not packed with tourists, which gives you a very "rich" atmosphere. Enjoy walking, enjoy reading book to your child, enjoy just watching the ocean or simply take a nap with nice wind.

Spacious and private
Reviewed By JulieyoumeanEach suite is the entire private building. All buildings are quite spaced out to guarantee privacy. Each building has its own parking lot and a backyard. This community has its own feels, different from the Jeju City. I really liked that the ceiling was high and the room were spacious! Especially the master room.. it has a private bathroom and a huge bed that can easily fit more than two people. The minus was that it was a bit out of the restaurants area where I had to drive for a little while to eat out. I I would definitely visit here again!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there were absolutely minimal amenities (barely found soap, hidden in the shower, none by sink), no microwave, no english speakers (which isn’t promised but something worth noting), there was an empty used cup in the bathroom that clearly didn’t get cleaned from the previous guest and lastly there was an awful poop smell from outside that would leak into the room. We closed the windows but I’d get a hint of poop smell during the night, time after time. There was a lack of silverware: just 2 mini forks and 2 mini spoons. We walked in, tried justifying the stay, went to the restaurant which actually had decent food, and went back to the room, booked another hotel and decided to check out in the morning. I feel bad handing out bad reviews but honesty is more important.

Reviewed By Elenor TMy friend and I stay in duplex room ... basically it is a loft so not too suitable for family or senior . The room itself is cozy and comfortable and amenities provided are in good quality... the service is great and helpful... on the other hand , few hiccups I experienced - (1) the hot water is very weak (2) their only restaurant need prior reservation It is quite close to some tourist visit spot such as the cliff and innis free cafe , like other resort , it toke around 45 minutes to drive to airport / city I also suggest to drive in Jeju as it is a lot more convenient ...

Reviewed By xyilitol이른휴가로 친구들 4명과 제주 다인리조트의 카라반에 3박묵었습니다. 두달 정도 전에 예약하여 카라반치고는 상대적으로 저렴한 가격에 이용할 수 있었다는 것은 큰 장점이었습니다. 위치도 제주공항에서 그리 멀지않은 애월해변근처에 위치하여 접근성도 용이합니다. 카라반은 4명이상 들어가도 될정도로 아늑하고 깔끔하여 마음에 들었습니다. 카라반객실은 일반객실과 다르게 매일청소는 제공해주지않는다는 것이 단점이었습니다. 기본 제공되어있는 어메니티(휴지,치약,비누,수건)정도만 교체되었고 에어컨을 오래가동 시 물이 떨어지는 상황이 있긴하였습니다. 카라반에 딸린 바베큐시설을 이용할 수 있다는것이 메리트입니다. 카라반이라는 특별한 공간에서의 추억으로 좋은 곳이라고 생각됩니다.

Reviewed By Dominique-brune1990Nous avons vu un hôte d’accueil et une hôtesse, ils étaient tous souriants, serviables et disponibles même tard dans la soirée. Le service de chambre est super aussi. La chambre est propre et belle avec sa petite terrasse pour regarder le levé du soleil! La literie est ferme mais on y dort bien ! Il y a internet haut débit dans la chambre, la climatisation se règle facilement ! L’environnement est très calme, on n’entend pas des voisins ni ce qui se passe dehors ! Et le petit déjeuné coréen... un délice !!! Le prix de la chambre est très raisonnable au vue de la qualité du service ! En plus il y a une salle au dernier étage joliment aménagée avec une grande terrasse (superbe vue) où vous pouvez prendre le café (frais moulu et gratuit!) Et en plus l’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter les sites touristiques. Nous avons aimé cet hôtel et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

The hotel offers the bare minimum, but was perfect for my two night stay because I was hardly in the hotel. I would have hated to be stuck in the room all day - I wouldn't describe it as a very luxurious or even relaxing atmosphere. All amenities are really outdated, the walls and shower facilities are pretty rusty, and damaged, but the bed was really comfortable, A/C worked perfectly, TV worked well (no English channels,) water pressure was good, and my standard double room had an ocean view. The blankets and towels were all clean, which is always a priority for me. The room wasn't cleaned daily, however they dropped off fresh towels and water each morning. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget, looking for a hotel they can pop in and out of, have a good night sleep, and be in a super convenient area.

Reviewed By Mehi1207The hotel room was large and spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower was clean and worked well. The air conditioning unit was a miracle during the heat wave. The little nation from the room had a nice view and you can hang your clothes if you have wash them. The only thing is that the heat makes the smell of the local farms fertilizer very noticeable. As soon as you walk out or open the patio door, the smell hits you in the face. Overall great experience!

Reviewed By johnhuh1980its 5 minute walk to sand beach and beach is very shallow so perfect for families and kids. The hotel is basically located inside a small town so there is lots of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is a bit old, so do not expect any fanciness. The lobby is far too fancy compared to the rooms. Didnt try breakfast. I would return if I was daemyung member, that would probably give me 50% discount. Otherwise I think its too pricy.
