Our resort stands on the Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar highway, which makes for easy accessibility. Location - very well placed between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar, and located such that every point in these 2 towns can be covered with ease. Ample restaurants and go karting within 5 min drive. Venna Lake is a 10 min drive and most points are within 10-20 min. 3. Rooms - spacious, well maintained, good views of the hills around. 4. Food - excellent taste, large portions, good spread, and live music every night during dinner. No bar, but the mocktails are good. 5. Staff - the best assets of this resort, very courteous, friendly, warm and ever smiling. 6. Tipping - they have a no-tip policy for individual staff. Instead, you can contribute to their gratitude box which is distributed to all staff, esp the silent workers behind the scene. "The Extra Mile in Customer Service" 1) There was a power failure due to rains and heavy wind on one night, for around 10-15 min, and the resort technicians were on the transformer unit in the chilling cold, repairing the same. The next morning, during breakfast, the manager himself walked to every table apologizing for the power cut issue. This was exemplary customer delight. 2) They have a person who washes all the cars every morning. This was a pleasant surprise that I have not even seen at premium 5 star locations. I wish I had met this person to personally thank him/her. Overall, an awesome 4-day stay. There are games, karaoke etc in the resort if you wish to remain indoors also. Thank You to the staff here. You made our trip so memorable. My family loved it, and we assured the hotel that we would come back here each time we visit Mahabaleshwar.

Reviewed By piku511We recently visited Evershine Resorts Mahabaleshwar amd we had the best time during our stay. The staff was friendly and supportive. We arrived a bit early than usual check-in time, but they ensured we get the room on arrival. The food was delicious and had a huge variety in buffet. Breakfast buffet was cherry on the top. They also have day long events which you can opt for. We went to watch magic show and it was so much fun. Last but not the least, their in-house activities ranging from rock climbing, cycling, jungle ride, games, gym and so on, were exciting to bring us back to the same resort for the next time. Thanks a lot for a mesmerizing experience Evershine ?

Reviewed By Vikram RTook one and half hour to serve a Biryani. 40 mins for basic salad. Had to get out my seat and fetch the waiter 6 times even for this much to served. Alloted a room which has a wall as a balcony view. Loud Wedding drums going on. Not changing rooms on time. Manager has no interest in addressing anything. Highly unstaffed place. 3 star hotels have better service. The so called infinity pool is size of 2-3 Jacuzzis.

The staff is so helpful right from the security to the reception to the manager were extremely polite and helpful. My kids enjoyed every bit of the property. very good experience.

Reviewed By harshil5506Worst resort ever we had taken package of 12000 rupees in that it had no high tea, the electricity was never permanent, food was not worth it, mrp was so higher than normal, wifi was worst, no net, bad staff services. All over i would like to give only 1 star our of 10. And recommend you to never visit this resort.
