Reviewed By Vince12047Great place for a quick family getaway in Bangalore We planned a short family vacation at the signature club this week, I must say it was a great experience, nice facility, good sports complex, great rooms, heated pool and friendly staff. I must give a shout-out to a few people who made our stay pleased. Sunil, Ajit, Bejoy, Narayan, Ranjan to name a few . The chef was very friendly and made our restaurant experience great. I would recommend this place for a family outing.

Reviewed By Vicky NA few questions: 1) Do you like insects and cockroaches in your room? 2) Do you like cobwebs and spiders in your bed? 3) Do you like pathetic food? 4) Do you like being questioned on asking for tea twice? 5) You do not know there is Clark’s Exotica close by? If the answer to any/many/ all is a YES, this is the resort for you. The worst resort, cheap and dirty with GM Shanker Rao not interested taking feedback from customers checking out unlike every great Hotel GM would do. What a SHAME!

Better stay at home
Reviewed By SANJIT R> Rude staff. The experience starts at reception followed by room service and restaurant fraud in billing. > Dirty smelly rooms. Cockroaches every where dirty smelly room you can see fungus on the wall corners. > New year gala dinner. Dinner on new year eve was organised by roadside vendor and charged 3 times the normal meal. > No customer centricity. It was raining the whole management was watching and no one took the pain to arrange for a cover the siting arrangement, we were made to sit on drenched chair. > No wifi. It did not worked through out our stay.

There are many street dogs and their own pet who are roaming around without unattended. So you can't keep ur pet free. Food is also not included in 750 rs. So BIG NO FOR PETS. Staff is very rude and not bother about the guest. If you ask anything they will reply bluntly. Like I asked to refill the water one staff member replied there are mud pots near ur room you can refill by your own. Food is pathetic i don't know how can a person eat that food. And if you try to complaint then staff simply reply this taste like this only. To boil the egg chef took 1hr and when served it's ice cold. Chef don't know how to make coldcoffee, masala soda etc. They denied for everything. Pool is not cleaned when asked they give lame excuses. Cleanliness is poor. You will find the snakes around or near the resort. So be careful. So we don't like anything and won't go again. Many guests complaint the same. But management is not ready to repay. I do not know how 'Trip Advisor' gave this resort as 'Excellence Award'. Kindly visit the resort before providing any awards. Go there by your own risk.

But it was special this time as review goes out specially for the Chef Mr.Ajay Bhandari, who is professional and super talented. I am a pilot and who has traveled across the globe, I must say that the food and service provided by him was at par with any 5 star across! Also he customized infant food on demand immediately as and when required.
