Reviewed By caroliens667The room is perfect, the wifi works, the balcony is big enough and there's a communal balcony as well. You can use a kitchen for breakfast if you like. The venue is located high in the village, that's why the sea view is amazing. Yorgos is very helpful. The place is clean and quiet. Molyvos has soft tourism and is an awsome village with an interesting architecture.

Good Option for Agios Kirykos
Reviewed By crazyhI stayed here in Oct. 2018 for 5 days. It was located in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the waterfront and town. Basic room with decent sized balcony with 180 degree of sea and distant islands. Room was cleaned and bed freshened daily. There was even a computer and with large monitor to use in the room! Maria was helpful, courteous and offered all kinds of advice and information on the town. Excellent place for the budget-friendly minded!

Reviewed By mradinouAbsolutely overpriced! The rooms are nothing much, certainly not worth the money they cost. Hotel amenities were absolutely basic. The place was terribly noisy with kids running and shouting all about and groups of people going in and out of the coffee bar. Now as about the coffee bar it was overpriced as well; the coffee didn't taste good enough even though they were supposed to be using a good commercial brand (perhaps it was because of the tap water they used), the breakfast was indifferent as well as the desserts and snacks and, on the whole, we didn't feel we got our money's worth of services. I wouldn't recommend it.

Εξαιρετική παραλία, υπάρχει σκάλα για άμεση πρόσβαση - λίγο απότομη αλλά η παραλία είναι σχεδόν ιδιωτική.Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ότι δεν έπιανε κανένα καναλι στην τηλεόραση .

Pension Sunshine is located on the first parallel street from the promenade of the Pythagorion port. So at a distance of 60 meters you have access to the oldest port in the Mediterranean, which, today, has become one of the most cosmopolitan meeting points with visitors from all around the world. In coastal road there are clustered most of the restaurants, tavernas and cafes of Pythagorean. The main road where there are banks, supermarkets, shops and taxi station is just 2 minutes from the pension, walking normally. Nevertheless, the point where the pension Sunshine is situated offers absolute peace and quiet, something that everybody is looking for during holidays.

Reviewed By vincent TRoom a bit small but clean and well appointed. Looked on to some housing, but then we were on a cheapo all inclusive. Food excellent range and quality. Beach accessed across the road but well provided with sun beds and fixed parasols each fitted with a convenient shelf and hook. Beach toilet was a bit basic but functional and clean. Limited space in the lounge. Only drawback, but we were warned, there are lots of steps. Lifts are of limited help and do not go to all levels.

Reviewed By baretb2019First time in Samos and Balos Beach, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect until we started seeing the bays from the top of the mountain and reached the beach and the lodge. This is paradise, and the family who owns the pension is just the nicest hosts: Daphne, Penelope and Kyriakos! This modest lodge is literally right at the beach (you can just walk out in your swimsuits). For those who are into simplicity and nature you will love this place surrounded with trees. The cats are also friendly and playful :) The rooms include are very clean and include a mini fridge and an A/C. There is a shared kitchen if you are into fixing your own meal (we did fix some snacks and greek salad with the ingredients we bought from the market in the next village). And yes, the facilities are really clean! The water is crystal clear and so refreshing that you cannot stop jumping in it (there is a small pier 20m away and it’s so much fun to jump and swim off of). You will also find people casually fishing at the pier in the early morning and afternoon, friendly chats are part of the deal if you’re into fishing. There are not many options in terms of restaurants, but the food at the Pension Balos is probably what just you’re looking for if you like greek/Mediterranean food. Try their Imam Bayildi (a stuffed eggplant dish), Kyriakos (the father of the family) makes it really well (oh yeah he is the chef at the lodge!) We will not forget the sound of the waves, the wind and the crickets, and the tranquility this place offers. Thank you Daphne, Penelope and Kyriakos! We will be back :)
