Essential you have a car and can tolerate mosquitoes
Reviewed By Arthur MOur tour company had booked us to stay here, but had to leave as they had no bar, or restaurant facilities, except breakfast. It was too far from any other hotel for us to walk. The grounds were swarming with mosquitoes. It was a pity as the rooms looked really nice and it might be OK if you had a car and were prepared to go out for all meals and drinks. It appears that in the past they had a bar and did good dinners, but this has now stopped. You may be able to get some warm water, but they only have solar panels, so maybe not. The web site says “on request”. It says English spoken, but they only spoke Spanish and the site seemed to be looked after by a maid and a security guard, with no other staff present

Reviewed By Armando REl hotel se encuentra ubicado en una zona céntrica de Mérida, con acceso a lugares para visitar o ir de compras. El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios y a pesar de estar en un lugar concurrido, el descanso es confortable ya que casi no hay ruido. Recomendable al 100%.

Reviewed By rudyardcapitanachiBuen servicio, muy limpio, sólo es un poco pequeño, y faltan unas cortinas para la ventana, pero el servicio lo compensó... la habitación es de buen tamaño, igual la cama, la televisión necesita más opciones de canales, pero cumple, tiene internet, lo que es muy bueno para seguir tus redes, y lo mejor es que tiene agua caliente las 24 horas, está ubicado en un lugar céntrico de la ciudad...

This time I was called to come back and chose Mexico bc of my indigenous connection to it. I was not prepared for what I discovered. I choose to go without expectations and received so much more than I expected. I really loved how organized the staff were. They were very kind and loving and welcoming. They have great talents in singing playing music and healing. Jose, Carolina, Monica, Ariel, Billy, The shamans and the rest of the staff were so accommodating. The food was healthy and prepared us for the ceremonies. The place is beautiful clean and economical friendly. I received so much downloads from experiencing the plant medicine. I highly recommend anyone that is interested, this is a safe and welcoming place to go get your healing. It's very magical and the healing I received caused me to be more compassionate and confident and also has spurred up my creativity and other gifts. I would love to go back. I am so grateful for everyone's patience. They are true angels. Thank you so much.

Que super lugar, y la comida lo mejor
Reviewed By CarlosTtripEl lugar es un verdadero recorrido en el tiempo, a las haciendas henequeneras de 1700 y 1800. El lugar es una belleza por si solo. El restaurante es muy tradicional y la vista al jardin con venados, pavorreales y demas fauna es muy llamativo. Y la comida es lo mejor, todo esta buenisimo. Saber tradicional yucateco de lo mejor.

Worst Treatment Ever Received in Yucatan Peninsula
Reviewed By L4766KTfernandorI took a small group of foreigners friends to visit the Hacienda at noon on November 27, 2021, but the Hacienda had a wedding contracted for the entire place that same day, and they were not careful to inform on all their social networks that the hacienda will be closed for visits. When I arrived with my friends there were some very rude, despotic employees who, without having said anything, began to run at us in an aggressive way, so much so that relatives of the bride and groom realized the treatment and could have us go quickly just to take a look, even this the employees were aggressive, there was even the owner of the farm who also gave the order that we could not even see the machine room that is far from the farm, to which he ordered to close all the bars with his employees. We understand that they had an event, and we have not issue on that, however the complaint is the rude treatment received by the employees and owner, they could tell us that the hacienda was closed due a private event instead of treating us ver agresively. What a terrible image for Yucatan with the my friends that I brought to site the haciendas. We made no comment and proceeded to leave. We went to visit Hacienda Temozon Sur instead, a 5-star service, a more beautiful Hacienda in better conditions and with a very professional people! I will not return to bring people to Yacoxpoil Hacienda, for the bad treatment from the employees and even more so that the "owner" behaved the same. Be careful when you go to this place because if they have rented the farm they will be aggressively fired you! LITERAL! Terrible treatment, such a beautiful farm, hurts by the employees and owner.

Lugar céntrico y cómodo
Reviewed By elizsaldivarDescubrimos el lugar por casualidad y nos parece una excelente opción cuando venimos de visita a Mérida, es céntrico y cuenta con estacionamiento y el personal es atento, hay diversas opciones según el presupuesto de la persona, desde $220 hasta $450. Lo recomendamos, vale la pena hospedarse aquí.

Céntrico pero muy descuidado
Reviewed By PabloHerreEste pequeño hotel tiene la gran ventaja de la ubicación, pues a tan solo unos pasos se encuentra la plaza principal de la ciudad. Cuenta con estacionamiento, wifi (bastante malo), TV con cable, aire acondicionado, y agua caliente (aunque yo mas bien diría que es agua tibia). La construcción es muy vieja, y por lo que entendí en la recepción las habitaciones están remodeladas, así que no quiero imaginarme cómo estarían antes. La verdad es que aun con esa remodelación el hotel está muy deteriorado, con muchísimos detalles que saltan a la vista. Pagamos $600 MXN por noche, y aunque no es caro, la verdad no creo que valga la pena pagar esa cantidad por una noche ese hotel, salvo que únicamente lo uses para dormir y quieras pasar de largo los múltiples detalles de mantenimiento que necesita el lugar. Por cierto que, durante nuestra estadía sólo hicieron limpieza en la habitación una sola vez. Eso sí, el personal es amable, y siempre fueron educados.
