They lent me an umbrella, gave me alcohol for a skin break, and helped me print out and photocopy documents. Plus the pool is a perfect temperature and size. The bar and its bartenders (especially Khun Lik) know how to make a really good cocktail. The shuttle bus service went out of its way to accommodate me. And the free use of bicycles was a helpful treat. Good location near many food choices and shops.

Reviewed By WanderingNerd85I booked this hotel on a whim as it had great reviews and was in a quiet part of Phuket. I LOVED it here. The staff were amazing, the food and drinks were delicious the rooms were large and comfortable and most of all, it was so quiet and peaceful. My sister and I hired a moped each and explored the local area from this wonderful little base. As soon as covid restrictions are lifted, we will be back!!!

A newly opened guesthouse perfectly located to the nearby landmarks of Rawai Beach, Naiharn Beach & Phromthep Cape. Reviewed By nigels478Didn't stay as a guest, but visited the bar, with a local friend, on many occasions. Nothing was too much to ask for. If it wasn't on the menu, pizzas being one of them, ask Billy, or one of the staff, and with whatever topping you wanted it was done. Washed down with cold Chang, a game of pool, made for a great visit every time. See you all again.

Bathroom is great. The pool area is lovely We are so impressed with the hotel and the staff, we have booked to return in September 2019, along with our daughter. This is a great place highly recommend

Reviewed By Guess WWe arrived in Phuket Sunday November 5th it was my fiancees first oversea trip and we got an apartment on the side with a broken shower no hot water. Yes the first 24 hours we had a little bit to much fun and made a bit of noise so we apologised to Armin. We found him very rude, a couple of times just walked in our room. We know this as I was in there 1 day and he walked in then a couple of other times we went to the shop we would come back and all a/c was turned off. The cleaner was rude did not supply us toilet paper our last few days or fresh towels. After the motorcycle accident in our first week on the Friday we returned my partners motorbike and paid the damage but I will say the Thai lady and her bf were very nice people who rented us the bike. As my partner was hit by a truck which just took off almost killed her. we decided the saturday November 11th to move out on the Monday 13th and to be kind not ask for any refund for our reamining days or ask for any money back for the remaining bike I was using. My partner as adviced by the bike rental couple went to return the green company insurance book to Armin who told her to fxxx off not his problem and scared her. I tried to explain to him we are leaving earlier but as a courtesy we wanted to let you know early so he could rerent it and still keep our rent we paid. He sounded drunk and just yelled so we walked off. We paid for another hotel straight away and left Satrday November 11th losing out on 6 days of a hotel paid for $320 Australia is alot of money to 2 students on a budget holiday. We left a note and the keys in the room advising we had moved did not appreciate rudeness and lack of ammenities and the only response we have had is thankyou for returning my bike which I did 3 days early Tuesday hope your partner is ok which I assume did not come from Armin. It really put a downer on our first week not to mention my partner has a banged up leg from the accident and is in alot of pain and still mentally traumatised. Would not recommend Sanuk Bungalows Armin is a nasty person with no empathy, We paid less money for a luxery apartment right on the ocean. Sorry to be long winded but I have stayed in many places around the world and this experience is one I will not forget.

Reviewed By Andrea WWir waren zum wiederholten Mal im Paradise Sea View und haben diesen Urlaub im Appartement 4c mit Meerblick in vollen Zügen genossen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist in den voll ausgestatteten Arrangements genau richtig. Restaurants und die herrlichen Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit Moped oder Auto erreichbar. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt.

Two great restaurants within walking distance – Da puccio and Nikitas The lovely Rawai beach is only a very short walk away. Just off the main road - there is easy access to all must see spots, like Nai Harn beach, Yanui, Nui beach etc Gio, the owner has a wealth of local information to ensure your needs are satisfied. Great for a peaceful break away from it all, but close enough to the summer action (Laguna Rawai bar area is within walking distance ?)

Reviewed By tema89Nice place with helpful staff providing good service, close to the beach. Located in the same building with pharmacy. In 2 min. walk there is a nice Russian authentic caffe with a hint of Russian 90s atmosphere!
