Laura e Oscar due persone eccezionali, gentili e pronti a rendersi sempre disponibili, dall’inizio della prenotazione fino a all’ultimo secondo del soggiorno. Ci ritornerò senz’altro!

Camere molto pulite e ben arredate, Il tutto in un’atmosfera molto tranquilla. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Dotato di termosifoni e condizionatori quindi temperatura perfetta! Zona molto attrezzata quindi ci si può spostare tranquillamente a piedi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, attenti alle nostre esigenze e disponibili nell’accontentarci.

A very beautiful and quiet situated B&B,near to the most beautiful beaches of Italy
Reviewed By Caterina CFor me, the second time I've chosen for this B&B, because of the nicely furnished rooms, shared kitchen use, but especially for the helpfulness and hospitality of the owner. The B&B is easy to reach from Brindisi airport and is close to the historic centre of Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli and beaches. Conveniently located and an ideal starting point. A choice of restaurants nearby. We have really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return.

Vacanza da incubo

Nella prenotazione specificava due camere con due letti matrimoniali, perfetto per due coppie. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un monolocale con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello nella stessa stanza, una cucina esterna alla casa max una persona con appoggio al muro mentre si cucina per quanto è stretta, assente forno e/o microonde, frigorifero sul sottoscala e quindi scomodo, lavatrice in comune dall'altra parte della villa (antigienico) . La porta del bagno molto rumorosa e difficile da aprire e chiudere, acqua calda a orario (non presente la sera la mattina) scoperto a nostre spese dopo una doccia fredda, lo scarico del bagno rumoroso perché perdeva e quindi fastidioso. Villa mele vanta di una piscina utilizzabile da tutti ma in realtà appena arrivati ci è stato detto che era per i bambini, e quindi ci ha sconsigliato di utilizzarla ma non l'ha negato. Mentre cucinavo mi sono accorta dell'entrata di un lumacone dalla mini finestra della cucina (non richiudibile) e uscendo dalla cucina ho notato una fila di lumaconi che si avvicinavano alla finestra, li ho dovuti togliere uno alla volta a mano e spargere una fila di sale intorno al monolocale per evitare che riaccadesse. Le foto della villa mele non descrivono la realtà (per le dimensioni). C'era il condizionatore.

Reviewed By Fjodolf1This is not a place we would have considered travelling on our own. Chosen by the arranger of our bike-tour. Location a little bitt off-center, but everything in reasonable walking distance. Breakfast was excellent and so was the room.

Comfortable stay in Otranto
Reviewed By Jennifer LWe stayed 4 nights in this nice little apartment building (in the ground floor room with terrace), and really enjoyed it. Adele was very nice, energetic, friendly and helpful (although we all struggled to communicate, given our lack of Italian and her lack of English – still it worked, with a bit of Google Translate!). Our only challenge was not hearing back from the property when we emailed about our arrival (which was going to be evening time, coming from Matera), and arriving there at the property without any way to get in or knowing where to park – luckily we were able to call her and make ourselves understood enough to explain we were out front, and she quickly arrived on her scooter). The apartment consisted of a hotel-size bedroom with large bed, small table and chairs, and a hallway kitchenette next to the bathroom and front door. All very functional and comfortable. We didn’t use our (large, nice) terrace too much, other than for hanging our wet things to dry, but it was very nice with many potted plants, and right next to the old town walls. Wifi worked well. Given the low season (Oct), we were always able to find a parking spot on the street near the building (and were grateful for the residents’ parking permit which we were provided for our stay). A highlight for us was the rooftop terrace (for use of all guests, though we had it to ourselves each time), with its views over the walls and sea beyond – a nice place for a sunset drink or cup of coffee (the coffee maker next to the terrace was also a nice treat). Breakfast at the beachside restaurant a short walk away was also good (in a lovely seaside setting) – fruits, yogurt, delicious little croissants, cereal, pastries, cappuccinos served by friendly Adele.
