Nice Hotel
Reviewed By hemant rVery nice hotel and a great location. Rooms are extremely nice , huge in size , well maintained, clean. I had a nice big balcony to my room. This hotel does not have restaurant but there are many restaurants and bars around. It was a fantastic stay. Only the reception staff is rigid and not humble and cooperative . But still the hotel is nice and I wl stay again for sure.

Reviewed By Pavals PA big turndown right from the beginning. The front office staff is longing to retire soon and working as slow as he can. Rooms are so old that you wont be able to make out whether they have cleaned it or not. The weather was really hot and our room was not AC. Totally disappointed

Reviewed By amr17shI checked in to the hotel and the bed linen was not changed. The bed has hairs on it of whoever stayed there before me. It's a filthy unhygienic place. Upon Asking for water bottles in my room they are telling me it's a self service place. And to take it from the Kitchen downstairs. I have made a mistake and already paid 4000/day for this property. It's a filthy unhygienic place of not worth even 500/day. Don't Go!!...

The second was to catch the Lent Mardi Gras. Second things first..that event is Goa on steroids. Crazy, colourful and intoxicating. But what of Villa Khatun ? It delivered on all levels. Do not expect sophistication or luxury. Do expect a warm welcome, spotless cleanliness, nice little extras like a drinks cooler, and hosts who want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. In the present troubled times ,( and when it's over ) give them your support and business. They Will Not Let You Down . .

Reviewed By ShaileshB_13Location = Very well within vicinity of city attractions. beside this hotel there is - food restaurants. Wifi = NOT WORKING. Interior of rooms = very average View from rooms = NOT GOOD. Breakfast = limited choices without Juice - if you can survive with bread butter jam + puri bhaji then go here. Overall price paid on Makemytrip = very high price not aligned to overall stay of hotel & facilities. Call to hotel instead booking from MMT you will get rooms in 2600 RS that (actual worth is = 2200 Rs PerNight). What is important is = ask for 2200 Rs to 2500 Rs & with limited breakfast however advantage is location of this hotel , near from deltin , near from other attractions. ....Thats All.

HORRIFIC HOTEL
Reviewed By Akshay319I would have marked in Negative if there was an option. Rude staff! Especially desk staff!!! No parking facility! I had to park my vehicle at road side at my own risk blocking the other cars.And in the morning that same guy came to the room asked me to come down to remove my vehicle as it was blocking other car. Rooms were not cleaned DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY!!!

Reviewed By rk2224123One of the worst experiences. The room is in a shabby building, more of a kind of haunted place. The room is very small. Moreover, the cracks are visible all over the walls. Termites are there. No refrigerator. No ceiling fan, just this small fan which doesn't swing at all. Owner has taken away the television from the room. Not only is he rude, but also disgusting and arrogant. He doesn't know how to behave with guests and behaves as if he is giving stay for free. Waste of money. Just don't ever go to this place.
