It is located roughly 22 KM from Munnar town but very near to another big town - Adimaly. Entire place is lush green still modern & comfortable . Worth visiting . Would like to visit again :).

The Manager and the Owner both were very polite and helpful. The kitchen team also deserve to be praised. In total my family enjoyed the place as we had the best stay in hotel.

Before I could even panic Natache walked me through the steps on how to modify reservation. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciated her!!!!! As far as the hotel, no complaints. It’s clean, affordable, and in a safe area. Although they don’t have a pool but that wasn’t a inconvenience for me!

The rooms are clean, food is good and fresh, the host and the kids are very warm and welcoming, a must visit place and I must say will go back. They provide jeep ride to the summit of Munnar. Strong wifi for a perfect workcation. The place has pets to keep you entertained!!

Estate Residency makes a comfortable home with large rooms,full-size windows and double bed. The house is neatly furbished with small essentials here and there which make a house a home. The guest rooms have well-equipped bathrooms attached to them with 24 hours hot water supply facility. The most interesting space is the terrace on first floor which gives a lovely view of the green hills around, which are at a lower level than the house. Away from the main town, the house provides for a perfect experience to invigorate one’s senses and admire Munnar for its tranquility amongst the woods. Guest enjoy having morning coffee on a terrace which offers a panoramic view of forest hills and velvety tea plantation, looking mystic in the morning as the mist rolls through them. Pallivasal is the venue of the first Hydro Electric Project in Kerala and a place of immense scenic beauty. Another interesting tourist spot near the house is Kallar Waterfalls which is always worth exploring, especially during the monsoons.

Reviewed By mrxbmMy two night stay at Estate Residency was perfect. The room was comfortable and clean. The home cooking was exceptional, I chose to have my breakfast and evening meals in-house. I had my own balcony and the view was devine across the rolling hills and plantations. The house sits within the family cardamom plantation and I was fortunate enough to have a quick tour around. I would gladly book again

SNOW LINE is a newly opened property ,.Our hotel has 14 Rooms ( deluxe, premium deluxe, suite) we have a multi cuisine restaurant , wifi facility, lift facility, openable balcony in every rooms with valley view, ample car parking,24 hours running hot water,childrens play area ,camp fire etc.

Reviewed By lalu7880I visited Elakkai Munnar during our visit to Munnar. Nice place for a great weekend. View from the sit out is the dam and the cardamom estate. Nice drive to the resort from the main road. Beautiful landscape and the resort well designed with great interiors. George is very courteous and the food was excellent home cooked food. Will definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend. Would like to visit the resort again.
