Behaviour of the staff is is extremely rude & they released our confirmed rooms & threatened for higher rates. They disconnected our call very abruptly

Reviewed By Sumit CHotel was very neat and clean. Hotel location was very poor. Nobody was knowing this hotel nearby. Service was not up to the mark. Room Air Conditioner was working very fine. It was not very costly but I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Reviewed By Ramesh KI recently visited Lucknow and booked thru Make my trip. Rooms were very dirty, bed sheets,pillow cover etc very dirty and there so many oily stain spots on bedsheet. Fan regulater were not working. I could not sleep due to all these discomforts.
