The Staff who work here was soo Nice and served us different tasty breakfast, talked about the indian cultur and we felt like we were takin good care of. The bed was soft and Good. Hot water shower. Good wifi.they also have a pool. I really recomend this hotel ? thank you for let us stay and for the good service!

We had a wonderful stay with fabulous hospitality, especially Kaustav’s special touches in the restaurant, Iqbal the boatman and Vinayak in Sales & Marketing who coordinated with the other palace hotels to manage our stay while trying to fit in their marriage bookings. The warmth and genuine hospitality sets this hotel in a class apart!

Rubbish food and prices are for tourists
Reviewed By monicahauRubbish place and cold food. Came here forcefully on a group tour and they charge almost $5 AUD for a lassi. Food was plain cold and not cooked but packaged. Prices are for foreign tourists and not worth the money. You're better off skipping this one. Worst one out of all the tourist food places we've been so far. Don't be trapped. And do not pay for the toilet, you're not meant to. They'll try and make money off you whenever they can. Photo shows my chicken corn soup which barely had any chicken and absolutely no corns.

Staff spoke English, Hindi and also Bangla Rooms were Cleaned and Regularly maintained, even at midnight. Room service 10/10 Restaurant 10/10 Value for money 10/10 Proper Service as always.
