Reviewed By bagira6454Почему мы выбрали это место для остановки - очень удобное расположение по расстояниям. Дом расположен в 15 минутах езды от Баку и в 7 минутах езды до пляжа. С передвижением проблем не было. Постоянно ходят частные машины, мигают фарами, значит есть свободные места. За 1 манат (около 40 руб.) довезут. На автобусе до пляжа 0,30 маната (около 12 руб.) и 0,50 маната (около 20 руб.) до станции метро Когорлу Баку. И как мы были рады что не ошиблись. Так как уже не сезон, мы были в гостях (именно в гостях у очень хороших знакомых, хотя познакомились друг с другом только в аэропорту) совсем одни. Мы отдыхали семьёй 5 человек. Добродушный хозяин Рахбар предоставил нам весь 2-ой этаж. В доме есть всё для комфортного отдыха - отдельные спальни (разное количество кроватей), шкафы, кухня, посуда, утюг, фен, ванна, стиральная машинка и пр. Я уверена, что если что-то вам понадобиться дополнительно, Рахбар вам предоставит. Главное есть большая шикарная гостиная с мягкими удобными диванами, большим телевизором (много русских каналов) и большой обеденный стол, где можно проводить вечера. За домом есть фруктовый сад и вокруг виноградник. Каждый день хозяин нас угощал спелым сладким виноградом за что ему отдельное спасибо. В этом доме у вас не будет проблем с едой. В любое время гостеприимный хозяин вас накормит. Цены на уровне кафешек в Баку, но наслаждение от домашней еды на отдыхе не заменит ни какие деньги. Советую попробовать долму - вкуснее не ела ни где. И конечно нужно попробовать всё что Рахбар готовит на мангале, особенно рыбу. Если собиретесь на экскурсии по окрестностям Баку никуда не ходите - Рахбар вам устроит всё в лучшем виде. На всей территории быстрый интернет. Большое спасибо за замечательный отдых!

REALLY REALLY bad - avoid!
Reviewed By vict0ria63I booked a single room with a request for a quiet room. On arrival, was put in room #2, right by reception. Immediately I asked for a different room but was told the hotel was full (later I found out that several rooms were still being advertised on hotel booking sites) and that it would be quiet in the night. Middle of the night, a long loud discusion between a lady trying to check in (without passport? money?) ensued...woke me and made sleeping again difficult.Next day I again asked for a different room and was finally offered another (admittedly nicer, double) room - but for a much higher price...and was to accept myself as a "no-show" on the original reservation (so they could get out of the commission fee, too..as they told me it was a special price). Found out that the price I paid was higher than if I had been able to book on the booking site (my booking was not cancellation-free, so was stuck with what I was offered). First room also very tight, window only to the inner ground floor (nasty) courtyard, so curtain had to stay shut. Hotel refused creditcards (although the booking had confirmed card payment was acceptable) and insisted on immediate payment (may have been what the other lady was arguing about in the middle of the night - if you don't know when you book, you may not have the cash on you..but they push you to pay anyway). Breakfast room was nice (only decent thing, really), but breakfast only from :30 is also pretty late. The night staff were nice and tried to be helpful (the "sales manager" was the problem!). Hotel also has a somewhat stale smell - and the shower in the first room was rather nasty (not new dirt, though, just stuff that showed it needs renewing). Really - don't stay here. It IS cheap-ish (although my second room was overpriced. But there are other places in the old town for a comparable price that I can't imagine would be worse.

We are situated in the village of Ivanovka in the shadow of the Caucasus Mountains. The guest house is managed by us. We like to think we are not a guest house, but a place to come for Rest and Recuperation. Where the children can play on the swings, or ride a bike. Play with the dogs and cat and get dirty. Where grown-ups can enjoy a drink and wholesome food. The chalets are clean.
Must visit Ivanovka if only for staying at John and Tanya's place

All facilities were very comfortable and homely and we immensely enjoyed talking to Tanya and the warm locals around. Few tourists visit Ivanovka but a short walk behind Tanya's house presents amazing vistas of vast flatlands overlooked by a full canvas of snow mountains. Highly recommended. P.S. Tanya's pancakes were marvelous

Reviewed By paraknjI first thought we will have a beautiful and big room, but we actually had a real flat with balconies, amazing view to mountains, living room, kitchen and a separate bedroom! And that was not the best room yet. The yard for breakfast was beautiful and cosy. Orhan, one of the staff, helped a lot with directions, restaurants and places to go. It's within walking distance (1km or so) to the bus station, bus stop to Kiş, and the Caravanseray. Very nice place specially for longer stays when u have time to relax on the rocking chair and enjoy the sunset view from your flat.

Reviewed By Zsófia PWell, it is a simple house, where the people living on ground floor lend the top floor. We were alone, no other guests, there was just a few rooms, with a huge living room, perfect for spending an evening. Everything was clean and tidy, they really took care of looking good. But the best of all was the 'staff'. The younger lady spoke english perfectly (it was surprising after the previous experinces). The elder lady didn't, but it didn't disturb her :) She was tipically The Grandmother. We went for breakfast, the table was full, and if you thought you finished eating, she put again food in front of you (seriously, they never ran out of it). In the evenings, she came and brought tea, and berries (but she wasn't disturbing at all, we had our privacy too).

Reviewed By Artur MОтель находится в центре Степанакерта. Маленький и уютный, подходит как - двух звёздный отель, в маленьком городе. Нормально для ночлега. Есть бесплатный wifi. Цена тоже нормально. Завтрак отдельно, не входит в стоимость. Для 2* отеля наверно нормально. Совет менеджеру- начинете прогрестровать и расти, желаю много клиентов. Рекомендую...
