Reviewed By WayTooFarFromHomeIt's easy to create a nice experience when everything is going right, but Ms Carina and her team went above and beyond when everything went wrong. When I realized my passport was missing, they took the extra step to help me mitigate all my travel plans. I cannot praise them enough for their friendly and helpful efforts. They also went the extra mile in everything they do. For example, I was walked to the nearby supermarket. The Crowne Plaza team also made our anniversary extra special with cake and wine. Not all the rooms are created equal, so don't be afraid to ask for a change. Our first one reeked of smoke, and I breathed easier in the second. The pool and gym are open to the public, so go early if you don't want to be one of a dozen people jostling for space. In true Chinese fashion, there is a great deal of coughing, spitting and nose blowing in the pool, which is off-putting to many westerners...but when Rome...

环境不错的一个中式庭院酒店
Reviewed By 久违的天气酒店靠近海中海湖边，三面环水，湖景房特别的好。一开始到酒店门口觉得有点小失望，进到里面别有洞天。一个中式庭院、四合院，尤其是海景房，推开窗户有山有水。坐在阳台上，一眼望去，门前悠闲的小竹筏在湖上任风随意的吹动着。湖边餐厅品着茶，来点小音乐惬意。在这里静静的呆上两三天，可以哪里都不去。周边景点也方便仙寓洞、天宝寨、仙女湖步行就可以看完，七彩飞瀑、观海楼、翡翠长廊四公里，忘忧谷、墨溪、博物馆稍微远点。老板很热心还带我区拍日出、日落，虽然集市有点小，不过乡土气息很浓。

Reviewed By Dev RI was only foreigner staying in this hotel booked this hotel for one month , while opening Redfort Indian Cultural Restaurant with Team at Oriental times shopping plaza , most busiest snapping plaza in city on 5th floor , there are only few hotel where foreigner can stay , Crown plaza is best among all and this is Also good hotel , big rooms , attentive staff very clean floor etc .. I really enjoyed my staying here only problem is hard to find some in to communicate if u can't speak Chinese than it will be very difficult to stay city like Yibin , but now don't have to worry Redfort has all the English and Chinese speaking team at Oriental times plaza ! Noting to explore here only few mountain and lake , I enjoyed shopping and local noodles Which is very famous and Also very delicious people are very very friendly in Yibin ! Thanks to Yibin

Reviewed By Rod129This hotel greets you with opulence -- splendid entrance, dining halls meeting rooms and very spacious bedroom and well-appointed. Everything looked wonderful -- then I tried the large bed. It was too 'firm' for me, but no doubt would suit those who prefer a firm mattress. Staff were good, and Yibin, the beginning of the great Yangtze River, is certainly a place to experience.

Comfortable and basic
Reviewed By Rod129After some nights in hard beds in this region of China, I was pleased to find this hotel has soft but firm beds. Room size, bathroom, and wifi were basic but good. There was little English spoken by staff. Yibin is located at the beginning of the Yangtze River where the lesser rivers meet to form the main river.

Ok hotel, wish it had a window
Reviewed By liv0815There are a lot of cheap hotels in Yibin, so it may be worth poking around. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, it was fairly clean (in the room) but the hallway was pretty nasty and the bathroom has seen better days. That being said it was bug free and the ac worked. The most annoying thing was that the only window went to an interior hallway so we had to keep it locked and the shades drawn, which lead to us sleeping in super late. It is difficult to find, I would recommend catching the very inexpensive and metered taxis that zip around the city and ask them to take you to Cuiping park. At the steps that lead up to the park you can see across the street the 7 days inn sign. There are two hotels in yibin with the same name, but the other one does not take foreigners. Our room also had huge chips if paint missing and lots of scuff marks. I'm sure the rooms with a window were better. Staff was friendly and patient with us but no one spoke English, and we don't speak chinese...but we muddled through.
