The restaurant provided an assortment of delightful meals. The dive shop and staff insured we had memorable dives daily! Everyone treated us like family! We will definitely return!!

Reviewed By PsampstoneThis was my third trip to the island in about a year. I've stayed at Splash Inn everytime. They have awesome staff in the restaurant and the dive shop. Norma always had a big smile and some coffee ready for us once we sat down. As much as I like to try other places this is one place I just have to keep returning to. Excellent food and drinks and Norma's smile will always keep me coming back. Plus the beautiful views from their restaurants and pier are amazing.

She is so kind and friendly!! The snorkeling right there was so great and the infinity pool ! Great food and drinks at the bar : the ac was so cool . Thanks again Dania !!! ❤️❤️❤️

Reviewed By BKbonniesMy partner and I booked a room for one week at Cocolobo - we were meeting up with four other friends to celebrate a birthday in Roatan. Jeff and Lesly are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations (Roatan Brewery, where to source a car rental, a pineapple cake baked at Loretta's to help us celebrate the birthday, and even a birthday flower bouquet!) . Airport pick-up, on-site COVID testing, and airport drop-off made the trip very seamless. I loved that the rooms had either a water filtration system or gallons of drinking water so that it would cut down on plastic waste on the island. Rooms were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My partner even got scuba certified during this trip! Just remember that you're visiting an island - kick back, relax, and go with the flow. If you have any questions or are not sure about something, Jeff and Lesly are more than happy to help.

And the host is the nicest. She made sure I had everything, really attentive. And I really loved the place . Super nice. Definitely Im gonna stay there every time I return. Highly recommended

Centrally located, within a short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. 12 units, including 2 single rooms, 4 studios and 6 two bedroom suites with complete kitchens. Each unit is individually air conditioned and the studios have refrigerators and kitchenettes. All rooms have hot water and cable TV, as well as free WiFi. Very quiet and green surrounding.

My husband and I stayed at Seabreeze Inn for a little over three weeks and I cannot begin to say how much we loved the place, but I am going to try...First of all, the location at Half Moon Bay, right across the street from the beach, was perfect for quick access to the beach, snorkeling right off the beach, and all the wonderful restaurants in West End. The room itself was super comfortable, clean, and affordable for our extended stay. The staff is so accommodating and food at the Cannibal Cafe is delish. Also, the owner, Kevin, makes fresh pastries every morning the are superb. Speaking of the owner, Kevin and his girlfriend, Jessica, totally made our stay in Honduras. Both are super engaging with the guests and have vast knowledge of everything to do in Roatan. We went on a night snorkel with them that was an experience that my husband and I will never forget. Cannot recommend the night snorkel enough. You see an entire different underwater world and Kevin knows exactly where to go in the bay to see the most sea creatures. Kayaks are readily available as well. Furthermore, Kevin recommended and arranged for an adventure on the mainland out of La Ceiba with Omega Tours Eco Jungle Lodge & Adventure Company. The Lodge itself is a little piece of paradise. You can arrange all your activities, such as horseback riding and whitewater rafting through this company and will experience something you will never forget. Still reeling from this experience. We will most definitely be staying at Seabreeze Inn and The Eco Lodge again next year! Thank you to all the wonderful people at Seabreeze Inn and the Eco Lodge that made our stay absolutely magical and unforgettable.

Convenient Hotel to West End Dive Shops and Beach

It is a great West End location to the dive shops and the beach is across the street but the hotel only offers basic no frill accommodations. The kitchenette included a tiny old propane stove, sink and small fridge. The room and bath area is very dated but we all agreed the beds were comfortable. I'd give the location 5 stars, hotel 2 stars, and staff 4 stars so the average is 3.6 or 4 stars. The restaurant next door is amazing and guests get a discount too. I have hearing aids so I slept well but my wife and the other couple complained about loud dogs barking and a noisy rooster. They used ear plugs and slept better. The price per room is the same as other similar west end hotels (very reasonable) so to get a nicer hotel room expect to pay 50% to 100% more.

Reviewed By tomhA3140VPThis is a family owned property that is in a great location in West End. It is set back from the main road so you don't hear the street noise. Landscaped property gives you the peaceful island feeling. Adam is a great host with a lot of local knowledge. He recommended a great dive school and several restaurants. Easy walk down a landscaped path to Half Moon Bay beach. Central location makes it easy to get around West End. I would stay here again.

Good room, bad dives
Reviewed By j7271I have done this review in two parts as the hotel is a dive resort: accommodation and dive centre. The accommodation was was spacious, beds quite comfortable. Nice to have a pool and breakfast included. The cons were that sheets were stained and water was shut off for 15 hours and the dorm is located 10 minutes from reception. No staff present to help guests during this time. No one had toilet or shower access for these 15 hours unless they walked to the main site. The lady who does check in was quite abrupt and I was waiting 30 minutes after checkin for someone to take me to the room. Wifi was good contrary to other reviews here. The dive shop was ok. Pre-check briefings were basic. There was zero post-dive briefing, so for those who wanted to fill out log books and talk about what wildlife you saw had to chase the dive masters, and it always seemed to be a lot of effort for them to even tell you what depth and how long you were diving for. All dives were done in PSI/feet...again had to chase for metric conversions for those not from the USA. Staff set up all equipment, but make sure to double check as my tank came loose during a dive and another diver’s mouthpiece detached from the air pipe before descending. They mixed beginners and advanced divers meaning the sites visited were all shallow dives, even after requesting some deep dives. Prices were also a bit higher than other highly rated dive centres...do your research before.

Receptionist ruined our trip after roatán
Reviewed By Curiosity19082051339The receptionist told us we can order a PCR test straight to the hotel and receive the results after a few hours. Appearently it was not a PCR test even after we asked her if she is sure. We had to go to another place to get the right test but we received the results too late and had to delay our entire trip and flights because of her.
