Reviewed By Peter WMy wife and I have just got back from the Air suite in Verona two hours ago, Very nice! From Verona Airport walk outside the Terminal and immediately on your right is a Bus stop, get a Bus just outside the Airport terminal, 6 Euros per head and it's very simple, Taxi quotes 35 euros, I have not got on a bus since I was 10 and found it very easy, once in Verona .when you get off the nice bus, look left, this is where the bus is facing and keep walking, walk over the bridge and walk for 10 mins. after a few zebra crossings keep going straight and on your left is a hotel called Hotel Mastino this is on your left, go in there lovely reception, they gave us wine and let us leave our bags there till we wanted to be escorted to the air suite, the Air suite is opposite you will see two huge wrought Iron Gates! This is your Baby, Sorry for miss-spelling and puncturations but still in the zone , Cant wait to return ! the only compalint we have is the room only has CNN news in English but apart from that very nice, My thanks to Trip adviser as well for there service and I Hope you have a Great time Guys amazing place , Magical cant wait to return Pete Fiona x

Reviewed By robynw694We spent 2 nights at this hotel so we could be in walking distance from the Ampi-theatre to see Il Volo in concert - intitally it was hard to find due to being in the old town area but once there we were welcomed by Georgina and Judith at reception who were most charming and helpful. We had also arranged to prepaid parking which was a blessing as the porter valet parked the car until we were ready to leave again for 24 Euros a night. The rooms here were quite small but had everything we required and beds most comfortable. The buffet breakfast was superb - one of the best ever

Great hotel near train station!
Reviewed By GlobePedalerOur room was a very comfortable modern room with a supportive king bed and very good bed linens. It offered a great view of a park and surrounding residential area. A minibar with free water was welcome and the flatscreen TV worked easily. Bathroom was big and comfy. Our favorite part was the free bikes available to ride to the city center and the wonderful staff at reception, especially Marco. My only quibbles were that the price was high (179 euros/night) and the hotel was a 20-minute walk from the arena. (The bikes helped with that!)

Reviewed By Southside_TravelsNice hotel in great location just round corner from Arena. Room was quite small but perfectly functional with decent shower Air-conditioning and Large TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went up to the rooftop bar for some drinks at sunsets and there is a nice view of the Arena and over Verona. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Verona again.

Reviewed By Anna SIt was a perfect place. Amazing view, relaxing place and the most friendly stuff I have ever met who tried their best to please everyone. We have stayed in 3 different rooms and they all were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended place, excellent in every category, especially service. The food at the restaurant also was very tasty.

Flies and mold
Reviewed By 184mireyapThe room was nice but there were so many flies in the room. Day after day more flies even though we kept killing them and never had the windows open. My guess is they came from the air vent. There was also black mold on the shower handle and on the tub tiles.

Hector, the owner and his wife treated us like family from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home. The property is magnificent . The attention to every little detail makes all the difference ! We are definitely coming back!

Very tired hotel and air conditioning non-existent
Reviewed By BigbecksWhat is it with Italian hotels selling rooms with air con, but none have it? The corridors do, but the room was like Dante’s inferno even with the temperature at 5 degrees and on max fan. Not very pleasant at all as it was 29 degrees outside. Also, the hotel was in need of a total makeover. It was like a throwback to the 90s. And the staff were the surliest bunch I’ve met. The type where you’d get your head bitten off if you chatted. On a positive, the room was a decent size and parking was free, but that’s it. I’d most certainly avoid this hotel.
