The Dormì & Disnà offers B&B service and apartments and it is in a house made of stone and wood in 1700. We tried to preserve as much as possible the original structure of the house, which gives it its charm . The common room has a wonderful view over the Dolomiti and the national park. We offer biological breakfast for those who wish and breakfast for celiacs. A small library is helpful for mountain lovers and we will be happy to advise the best routes in winter and summer. We provide the need for cyclists for repairs.

Reviewed By traveler20125Staying at Dormi&Disna in Fornesighe has been a brilliant highlight of our (my husband and I) annual European sojourn for at least four different visits--we even brought a friend one year so that he could share this wonderful experience. We are not travelers who generally return to the same location every year, but Dormi e Disna and Anna/Renato have become very special to us. Three times we have stayed in one of the apartments for a month (the other time for bed and breakfast) in the springtime and enjoyed every minute of the day: the views, to the furnishings, to the surroundings. And what did we do all that time!!?? We hiked in the nearby park and on the local trails (dinosaur footprints), we walked to Forno di Zoldo for our groceries, the first years we greeted the frutivendolo when he came to the village in his truck (it was like a free Italian lesson), we took photographs of the village (more than 20 water fountains) and the mountain scenery, we read and relaxed, we cooked and enjoyed Zoldo's famous gelato, and the day it rained i even made apple strudel! The hosts are superb!--attentive, caring and now good friends. The people in the village are friendly, the butcher welcomed us and offered samples, and the bakery lady in Forno even remembered us and our request for sbrisalona! We highly recommend Dormi&Disna and the excellent hosts.

"My Civetta ski week"
Reviewed By Alan GI had room for myself and beside average look room was quite good. Someone might have more complaint about the room itself but I was mostly out skiing and came back for diner, some table tennis in game room and sleep. Bed was OK-ish (nothing special). My biggest complaint would be for water pressure. Showering took much longer than usual. Ski and ski boots deposit was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Food was very good too. Breakfast was basically the same every day but there was variety for everyone. COVID measures were followed to the letter (green pass, negative test on check in, face masks).

A warm welcome to the 3 stars Edelweiss Hotel. We are located in the Mareson- Zoldo Alto valley in the heart of the Dolomites, recently chosen by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Our family have been operating this hotel since 1958. We take great pride in giving our guests a warm welcome and attentive, personal service. Sourronded by the verdant green lawns of a large garden in the sommerand pristine white snowsfields in the winter, the Edelweiss is overlooked by two of the most magnificent mountains in the Dolomites: Pelmo and Civetta. Both are over 3.000 m. in height and to view them both at sunrise and sunset is almost a must !
Worst hotel experience EVER
Reviewed By michele gDisappointing experience at every level, we felt uncomfortable throughout our entire stay. Unimpressive, outdated and poorly run establishment. The management was at best unprofessional/snappy/non-collaborative. The room was tiny and cold (with the bathroom being ludicrously small). The food was lousy, a true rarity in Italy. Internet was accessible only in the reception area. Definitely crossed out.

Reviewed By Steve04TallTravellerWe were in the area and decided to stop in this hotel even if off the main route in the valley because of the nice views. Good to relax, to start walks in the nearby mountains or with a short car ride a few minutes away from larger towns in the valley.

Misleading informations about this apartments !!!
Reviewed By Peter PI spent in the apartment for one week with my family. As first indication, it is very disturbed, that the owners of this apartments on their internet site states, that the apartments are from the ski lift only150 meters away. This is outrageous deception! Apartments are located 620 m away - ( that can anyone check in google earth) - walk to the ski lift is about 8-9 minutes. It would be interesting te get their answer, if they consider if it is fair to guests, who is just deciding to book their apartments and this informations is quite crucial for their decision. An apartment is a quite little but nice and very clean. We also welcome the heated ski lockers by the ski lift (80 m away). The TV programs are only Italians so it is just as if there was no TV. I also dont remember, when I last saw such a mall TV screen (42 cm) - would it be such a problem to provide a normal size TV with some international programs? Bathroom is pretty big, but the shower in quite narrow ( 63 cm). Wi-Fi is extremely poor and unreliable, as there is no. I dont understand, why they dont provide adequate signal strength in individual apartments. Apartments walls are quite thin so you can hear neighbors - there is lottery, if you will get a noisy neighbours. You also know, when neighbour is using toilet - you hear the sounds of next doors fan (which is turned on when you turn on the light). When neighbors is cooking and has swiched fan in the kitchen, the smells came also in your apartment so I recommend that when you hear the neighbor fan, that you swiched on also your fan in the kitchen to prevent the smells to go on your apartment. The lady of the staff is nice and frendly, but I saw her only when I registrated on the first day and the last day, when I retured te keys - there was no one on the reception desk ever, If you would need some help or ask something - well, even if she would be there, there wouldnt be much of her help due to her poor English. In the village itself, where is only one place (pizzeria) where can you go to eat and is open after 17 o clock ( on mondays is closed) so you must provide your own foor or eat on the ski slopes. Ski slopes are very good with a little crowd. Due to their deception about the distance to ski lift and unreliable Wi-Fi connection I would advise to reserve some other apartment - there is plenty of it in this village.

Wonderful Albergo with great hospitality
Reviewed By AndrewAwashereA lovely pension situated in Pianaz nestled under the cliffs of Monte Pelmo and looking across to the dramatic ramparts of Monte Civetta. Run by a delightful couple, Beppe and Michela , who could not do enough for us to make sure that we knew everything we needed to know to enjoy our visit. Keen hikers themselves, they advised us on places to go and routes to take. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, an excellent breakfast and comfortable café and bar area, where Beppe’s love and knowledge of Italian wines can be put to good use for their guests! We stayed at the end of the season when the kitchen was closing, so only had one night of half board dinner, which was very good. An excellent base with wonderful hosts to explore the area.

Reviewed By MonikaWarszawaAmazing family hotel, thanks to its owners Manuel and Davide, who are on site from morning to evening, always smiling and ready to help. Room very clean and large enough. The bathroom clean with a large heater, where the jacket will dry . Good Italian breakfast with espresso included. We Poles like to eat something hot for breakfast and here you can order scrambled eggs, omelette with toppings, or fried eggs for less than 5 euros. The breakfasts are served by Sebastian from Poland - very nice and professional. From the hotel you get a ski and locker by the gondola and discounts for renting skis and the newly opened SPA in Zoldo Alto, which is located 200m from the hotel between the hotel Sporting and Valgranda. We had a great stay, wonderful conditions on the slopes in full sun to 15.30. We will definitely be back next year and we highly recommend this hotel, the best hotel in Zoldo Alto.

L' hotel & residence panorama sorgono in una posizione molto soleggiata e tranquilla vicino al bosco.Gode di un ottima vista tra i massicci dolomitici del Monte Pelmo e Monte Civetta, nel cuore della Val di Zoldo. Da settembre 2019 la gestione dell' hotel è ritornata in mano alla propietà che ha attuato una ristrutturazione ed ampliamento dello stesso, apportando importanti modifiche strutturali ai servizi. Il rifacimento di moderni bagni con alcune doccie idromassaggio. Per la stagione estiva sono previste la costruzione di una zona wellness panoramica al secondo piano, un deposito biciclette, e deposito sci per stagione invernale 2021, un bagno per persone con difficoltà motoria ad ogni piano. IL' il rifacimento della sala da pranzo. Anche i clienti del residence potranno così usufruire del ristorante che si trova al primo piano. dispone per i clienti dell' hotel di una navetta gratuita per le piste da sci.
