What a gem of a hotel
Reviewed By Gill HLovely 1 night stay in the hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff, a lovely welcome. Clean room and a very good quality breakfast. Staff keen to support in anyway they could including calling a taxi for us to get us to the airport. Great location right next to the Yassawi mausoleum, archaeological sites and shopping centre. We would definitely stay there again if travelling to Turkistan again.

Great hotel great staff
Reviewed By nevsenocakI have stayed two nights at this hotel on a business trip to the region. The staff is super friendly and quite helpful. The rooms are quite comfortable with massive beds. Just be careful restaurant hours are limited on weekends but open late within the week, a different approach but I understand this to be the local tradition. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any.

Overpriced
Reviewed By camseanAlthough this hotel was generally fine, it is not good value for money. Our room was spacious but a little overheated on late autumn. The Wi-Fi was ok but quite spotty. The front desk staff were helpful and allowed us to check in at midday, but the credit card machine was broken at check out. The buffet breakfast was ok, although the hot items were mostly cold. If the hotel was charging about 30% less, it would be reasonable value. As it stands, there are better choices in town.

В номере одно одеяло на одного, ровно на пол кровати!!! А номер 2х местный!!!
Reviewed By J5879GN_В номере одно полуторное одеяло!!! И дополнительного не выдают! Номер двухместный и должно быть два одеяла или одно большое! Обратите внимание на фото, там даже одеяло поперек постелили, чтобы выглядело лучше и не была видно, что оно узкое!!!
