Reviewed By Passport13610810221Everything is top! Short version: You hesitate to book? No need. The place is a blast from A-Z. Long version: My 2 room suite with a sea view provided me with all the luxury I could wish for. Staying here you will find many details to enjoy and make you at home: a very spacious and super comfortable bed (slept better than at home), a make-up stand, roomy cupboards with drawers and ample hangers, a mini kitchen with fridge and freezer lid, a table sitting-area and another one with a huge sofa, a flatscreen in each room and a grand sea view balcony with nice seating. Details I appreciated additionally in my room were the rolling glass door in the shower (no clingy curtain…), the water heater and the coffee machine, the make-up light and the drying rack on the balcony (no colourful towel chaos over the balcony railing.) The facilities at Cretan Dream speak a language of relaxation. Just enjoy! The infinity pool provides a spectacular view over the bay, the daybeds are most comfortable, the Spa area is exceptional, the mini shop offers everything you might need. Breakfast is broadly varied, the food is delicious and I will never forget the honey comb rack to cut off honey in the morning. Dinner on the deck terrace is exquisite and accompanied by an incredible sundown view. This was a highlight of my days. I like to mention that I have to care for gluten-free nutrition. It was a vast surprise to me that the team could support this from day 1 without me even pre-announcing it. It was a great relief going abroad and being faced with such an outstanding service. I’ve been travelling around the globe - and: this place is extraordinary, it is setting itself apart. One feels the drive of the management to anticipate everything. The whole team works together hand in hand, everyone is super friendly and humorous and exceedingly helpful in all things required. From my chamber fairy, to the reception gang, over the breakfast clan and the dinner crew or the pool bar team, everyone was approachable, very caring and really made my stay a huge enjoyment. Having already achieved this high a standard, the owner still cares deeply, and he is interested in even more feedback to further improve. Well, there was nothing to add from my experience. It was perfect to me. To those of you who I connected personally with, thank you again for your kindness, your smiles and the atmosphere of vacation happiness. Keep up the good work, This is a place to come back to. Thank you, Alice Ps / about getting there: I drove up from Heraklion within 2h by rental car and found this very easy. The drive is spectacular, I enjoyed it very much. The area is a great starting point for all excursions NW-Crete, over the splendid beaches, to Samaria Gorge, to Chania and down to Sfakia.

Reviewed By sharon mJust returned from the most amazing stay at this beautiful seaside apartments. Our room has recently been refurbished all marble with stunning views of the pool and sea beyond. Super comfortable sun loungers on the beach free for hotel guests and anyone who uses the taverna. As for the Taverna at the end of the pool area the most amazing cocktails ever and fantastic food all staff are so friendly and helpful. And nice to see the staff being kind to the Stray Cats. The location is perfect for both shops and surrounding restaurants. A short taxi ride takes you into the old port of chania around 10 euros The bus stop is near enough opposite the apartments but these are a bit hit and miss. I will return in a heartbeat as missing it already.

Reviewed By Luigi84100The place is clean, quite and nice. Manolis the host is very kind and friendly. The swimming pool is perfect to rest and relax. In front of the entrance the garden with trees and tables is beautiful. Our room is big and comfortable and it has a big balcony with the view on the main Street. The beach is only 50 meters from the hotel.

Reviewed By Francesca MMy friends and I had a very pleaseant stay at Evilion Hotel. Staff was very friendly and flexible with check in and check out hours. The apartment was clean and also has a nice view. It is just accross the street from the beach and 10min driving from Chania. The location is also perfect if you would like to drive around the island as it is close to many connection roads. Restaurants, shops and bars one step away.

Fantastic place to stay

The room was spotless and very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. I asked for some extra blankets as I was a little chilly on an October night and a couple of hours later they were bought straight to my door so I was impressed with the service. They were very friendly and made time to speak with us when we walked past the reception in the morning. Our apartment had great views of the sea and we could lie in bed and listen to the sea. As I am recovering from a brain injury, this was the perfect place for some respite. Thank you so much and we will definitely stay again!

The owners will help with everything and are very hospitable. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful views and beautiful waking up and falling a sleep under the sounds of the sea. 300m from the apartments is a snack bar Stalos every meal there is excellent. I highly recommend .

Great Stay
Reviewed By OnwardTravellerWe were here at a quiet period, thanks to the end of summer and Covid, so often had the excellent pool to ourselves. A decent size pool too with some depth at one end that is unusual in Greece. Very clean and well equipped apartments set back from the main beach road yet still only three minutes walk from the beach and the stack of eateries and shops on the main coast road. We had an upgrade to a larger apartment but managed to see a standard unit too and this was still better than most for holiday breaks. The pool bar was closed during our visit, not surprisingly, but there are plenty of bars and shops nearby. Tan topped up, a bit of exercise in the pool: all well recommended. We were in probably the furthest unit from the main building and had slightly patchy WiFi, which would be my only minor grumble. But not much of one.
