Made a last minute decision to stay at this hotel prior to a concert at the NEC. Lovely clean hotel made all the much better by all of the friendly staff that we encountered during our stay in all areas we used, including the cleaners. Made a pleasant change to feel welcome.

If you like shopping you'll love Premier Inn Solihull. Shop till you drop in Birmingham city centre, within easy reach by bus or train. Or just drop in to Touchwood Shopping Centre right opposite the hotel. This is the perfect place to stay for the NEC too. From big name department stores to little gems in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham's shops have something for everyone. Walked in for a business trip and was greeted by friendly staff especially chef Dave who was very complimentary of myself & my fiancé. Good chat about future plans. Made us feel very comfortable. Keep shining Dave

My daughter and her future husband looked at many hotels for their wedding venue in pre COVID days. They chose Nailcote, then the world came to a standstill due to the pandemic. 2years later we finally got to celebrate Stephanie and Pete's wedding. It was a fabulous day despite the rain. The venue was beautifully decorated as per their request. Both the ceremony area and the party area looked wonderful. The staff were very polite and worked well as a team. The whole event was very much enjoyed by all the attendees. Most importantly Stephanie and Pete said they had the wedding they had really wanted. Massive thanks to all the staff at Nailcote Hall.

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club is ideally located adjacent to Birmingham Airport and NEC, just a 15 minute walk to the Resorts World Arena and Resorts World Birmingham. Our 3* AA rated hotel boasts 216 Bedrooms, 13 Meeting & Event Rooms, and a full health club with indoor pool onsite.
Great location for the NEC but room smelt of damp, the pipes were so loud whenever the room above us flushed or ran the tap and the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was nice and the food at the bar was hit and miss (depending on what I ordered). Overall, this hotel was very overpriced for what it was.

Staff were friendly when you met them but were missing alot of the time from reception. Rooms were cold and showers a bit too small with a shower curtain that only wanted to stick to your skin. Over all I wouldnt recommend it for a stay unless it was only for 1 night and you only really needed a bed to sleep in. At the back of the hotel is a carpark for the train station and while out smoking I seen a few rats run around it

Superb 4 Star Hotel, situated at the very Heart of England in the beautiful village of Meriden.Ideally located for The National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick and Stratford. We are excited to announce that our new Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar & Grill is now open; and this stunning restaurant offers affordable glamour and a delicious menu of fresh seasonal produce.
Great place to stay for a conference at the NEC. Less than ten minutes drive in a nice location away from the hustle and bustle. Bar service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Only negative was some moron managing to set off the fire alarm at 5:45 in the morning but hey ho!! Breakfast also excellent.

With its distinctive fresh white exterior and a prominent position on the High Street in the historic village of Knowle, The Greswolde Arms Hotel is a 17th Century former coaching inn on the old turnpike road from London to Birmingham. Situated three miles south of Solihull and midway between Birmingham and Warwick, it is the perfect West Midlands hotel location to explore either city, or enjoy some of the lovely surrounding Warwickshire countryside. Warwick Castle, Cadbury World and Royal Leamington Spa are within easy reach, and Knowle itself retains much charm, with many attractive timber-framed cottages and a 15th Century church and Guild House. The hotel is located just three doors up the High Street from Knowle’s famous 15th Century Chester House Library, a beautifully restored timber framed listed building boasting an authentically designed Elizabethan Knot Garden.

Look out of your window at Solihull Hockley Heath, M42 and you'll see countryside all around you. In fact you'll be surprised by just how green the Black Country really is. And, with Shakespeare's hometown just up the road, the stage is set for a great break. Watch star-crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet at Stratford. Or watch modern lovers get married at nearby wedding venues. See the jousting at Warwick Castle. Then taste the chocolate at Cadbury World. Comfy beds and a Beefeater restaurant will welcome you home where you can drift off to a great night's sleep.
We had to complain about dirty cups, loose toilet seat, clumps of hair on the floor behind the bathroom door and in the bath which we had to clean before we could use it. Having stayed there before several times we felt confident to book a short stay and know we would have an enjoyable time as we had done previously, how wrong were we. It took 2 days to resolve the issues.
