As a frequenter traveler , our first priority it’s always relate with service. Everyone in this hotel really treat every guest like a family member. This morning I came back to my room after the breakfast and saw the note from housekeeping that really Make me feel so warm! When I have WiFi problem Grommash came and fix the problem right away. And there are still many good hotel staff like Summer in front desk , Wendy in all day dinning ........ I just want to say the hotel service standards is even higher than other property in the major city. Once again thanks to the whole team

A wonderful new hotel with clean comfortable and spacious rooms
Reviewed By Danimal321Before booking this hotel, I had some hesitation due to the low number of reviews. However, I was truly pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is relatively new. The staff was courteous and helpful. In particular, a nice lady named "Anson," who is the operations manager, went out of her way to schedule car service for us for a 5 AM pickup. Not only was the driver prompt and attentive but Anson was also there at 5 AM to see us off and to offer us a brown-bagged breakfast for the road. The property has coin-op laundry which came in handy, as well as a daily breakfast buffet consisting of both eastern and western fare. All in all, we spent just shy of a week at the hotel and would definitely look to return when we are back in Shiyan.

Clean & comfortable room
Reviewed By Pam MStayed here several times over the years and have never been disappointed. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and costs $18 Yuan if a guest and $28 Yuan if not. Free wi-fi in the rooms, clean tile floors, clean bathroom. Limited English ability at the front desk but you can make yourself understood. Across the street (Beijing Lu) from a grocery store, so you can find snacks if you want them. You can get taxis right outside the hotel and there is also a bus stop nearby. There is a 5 star hotel down the road, but this place is fine unless you are looking to pay a premium for your stay. Should fit anyone's budget. (about 185 Yuan a night for a room with a large bed, air conditioning/heating, TV and internet). Try the place the next time you are in Shi Yan and looking for a budget hotel with all the amenities.

Hotel Surroundings: Walking distance has loadsss of food, boutique shopping, banks and etc. Room: linen are soft and nice with options heights of pillow, toilet is clean with decent range of toiletries provided. But the light in the room seems to be a bit too dimmed. Breakfast: Variety range o f food selection, from local Chinese food to basic western selection. Conclusion: best for business traveller or tourist as taxi is easily can be hailed along the main road and get around

Reviewed By bridrocHad breakfast at the hostel this morning which is situated just off the main shopping street to the left and down to bottom of street we had banana pancakes and cappuccino for about 40 quan about 4.30 euros and it was so nice you can also stay here just up the road is a new cafe that has been open called Foreign Friends Cafe. The food is so good carrot cake and brownies and lots of other cakes that fabulous. He also sells Wudang tea so if in WudangShan make sure you visit this cafe it situated just down from the main gates way to the temple

Reviewed By Pille1960Hotel has been clean, breakfast was ok some nice resturant in walking distance. If have to stay again in Shiyan for business will be back to this hotel. Don't find time to check out night club and such things like fitness facilities.
