The garden and the location!
Reviewed By anne_luneIt is a good hotel to visit the Teotihuacan archaeological zone.The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is good with a big garden for kids to play. There is a temazcal available, although we didn't use it. The ruins are 5 minute distance by car. The rooms are ok. We stayed in a family room and a double room. The first was big enough to accommodate 6, including children but, there was not an extra table, chairs and a support to place the suitcases. In the double room, the bathroom could be a little cleaner. It smelled funny. Also, The check out was too early (noon), and considering many families visit the place to go to the pyramids, it feels too in a rush. Beside those aspects, the hotel is recommendable for its location, outdoor spaces and service.

Reviewed By Gen150800Tuvimos la fortuna de encontrar este hotel, quedamos encantados con el, Super tranquilo, limpio, casi nuevo, la habitación muy bonita un poco fria, todo muy limpio cuenta con botellas de agua, amenidades, en el pasillo puede uno servirse cafe, la atención es muy buena, Super céntrico, a solo una cuadra del centro, comercios, mercado, tiendas, oxxo, restaurants, en la esquina esta el sitio de taxi q por 10.00 lo llevan a uno a las piramides, puede uno salir en la noche a cenar sin preocupación pues hay todo lo que uno busca a dos o tres cuadra del hotel. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, nos hospedamos en la suite y fue la mejor.

Beautiful hotel in a safe and quiet location
Reviewed By B72BXdoncMy family really loved this place. We stayed for two nights in Teotihuacán and we felt very welcome and safe at our hotel. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and there is a small market across the street. We took a taxi that took 8 minutes. They know a trusted taxi driver who seems to know everyone in town. It only cost 50 pesos (US$2.65) for the ride to downtown. Our kids loved playing in the grassy courtyard and they loved the free breakfast and Hot Chocolate. They also make omelettes or scrambled eggs if you ask. I would recommend it to couples or families wanting to visit the pyramids which are only a 15 minute walk.

Reviewed By Doug SWe were 2 families (with 5 kids) traveling together on New Year's Eve. The Hotel accommodated all of us well. We especially enjoyed the outdoor garden area where we could be together as families, using the garden tables and chairs as we needed. We'd hoped to see the light show at the pyramids on New Year's Eve, but that wasn't happening, sadly. We wandered safely at night into the town square, bought fireworks, and had our own show on the plaza. The hotel provides a very clean room, very light continental breakfast. You can buy fruit and other provisions by walking into the town a few blocks. Although the hotel is very near to the pyramids, it isn't a near walk to the actual entrances. We drove. The restaurant directly behind the hotel, nearer to the pyramid fence, was excellent for our group! Great experience in authentic Mexican style hotel. One of the kids lost the room key, and the staff was very understanding.

Delightful family-run establishment
Reviewed By Brian KWe arrived late and were greeted by both the mother and daughter. The daughter speaks some English, which helped us in communicating. The rooms are basic, yet very clean. Breakfast in the morning was continental with good coffee, juice, pastries and fruit. Breakfast and free parking included. Great value for the price. Near the pyramids and much safer than staying in Mexico City.

On the outskirts of town
Reviewed By Fred WYou really need a car to get about; the hotel being some 2-3 kms from the city centre. It is really a motel and is signposted throughout the town. Still we managed to get lost when looking for it. The room I had was clean, well sized but without air conditioning. In April this was not so much a problem as nights were cool, but I hate to think what summer might bring. Wifi was troublesome: not enough bandwidth.
