Almost perfect
Reviewed By gopatriotsheyCheck in was easy, fast and efficient. We had dinner at the restaurant the food was tasty and simple. The room had a jacuzzi and was clean, modern and spacious. I have to cut it to 4/5 because of breakfast: this is supposed to be a high-end boutique hotel. When we ordered coffee americano they claimed they had to charge extra because that was "the good coffee" and you need to pay extra. Also, we couldn't seat by a window, those were reserved for non-guests. WTF?? Too many rules. Hope they work on those small details. Overall very good experience.

FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY GOOD HOTEL, GOOD LOCATION
Reviewed By ECONOVOYAGERI stayed in Room 1018 for two nights. Very friendly and helpful staff, specially at the Front Desk and breakfast room. Very comfortable bed. Sheets were in very good conditions. Location is good (just a couple of streets from Blvd. Orono with restaurants, gas stations and so forth and 6 streets from Cordoba street (main commercial street). Parking is charged separately, it can accommodate plenty of cars and is easy to maneuver. Just a couple of details for the management to look : though the pillow cover was clean and in good conditions, the pillow inside was quite dirty. You could see it even without removing the cover. Furthermore, there is some lack of coordination if you take the elevators from the parking level, because they all seem to go down and don't allow to go up. Competitive rates. Of course I would return.

Extremely filthy hotel & rude staff, AVOID!
Reviewed By NeringaDaThis was easily the worst experience I've had staying in any hotel around the world. The hotel was filthily starting with the elevators and the carpets in the corridors that looked like they'd never been cleaned since its inception, and finishing with the room. The walls were all smudged with dirt, the bed linens had big holes and dirty boot prints (!) on them, the decorative cushions and bed throw had white starchy stains (I'll leave to your imagination what they were) and the room reeked really badly. Luckily we could open the window to get some fresh air in. The bathroom was no better: the walls and the floor had smudged dirt stains on, the bathtub had scum and somebody's hair in it, the ceiling was moldy. But the worst was yet to come. We used their (additionally paid) parking lot and there was nobody there, so after looking for a person in charge and waiting for longer than anybody would want to wait to use the service, we parked the car and went up to the reception to notify that the person in charge was not available. The receptionist was handling another angry client before us and he started shouting at us for not waiting for the parking lot guard to show up. Shortly the manager, who initially attempted to mediate the issue joined into a shouting match, blaming us for not obeying the rules. When we eventually managed to find the car park guard, it appeared that there was no issue with parking whatsoever, and the receptionist could have just called him and notified him that we parked. Needless to say, our night was ruined and we stayed there just because it was late and we had nowhere to go. To top things up, Booking customer support offered us a refund as an apology but requested that we contact the hotel for this, which we did and never heard back from them. What a disgrace to the Wyndham brand.

Not a luxury hotel
Reviewed By GarygrI would not consider this to be a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star. The "apartment/hotel" room was very very basic. There is a kitchenette - with a small fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave. There's a living area with an extremely basic and very uncomfortable loveseat and a table with 4 chairs. There is no art and no decor or ambiance. There is a separate bedroom which is just barely big enough for the king size bed - which was comfortable. The bathroom is small and very basic. If I had paid $95/night, I would not have a complaint, but for $185/night I really expected something more luxurious and comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great room, clean excellent location
Reviewed By MariusH308Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Booked the apartment/suite and dis not regret it. Clean, properly outfitted and comfortable. Can't beat it for the price we paid. Staff was helpfull. Only slight "minus" was the fairly basic breakfast, but don't let this keep you from coming here.

Breakfast was also a 5 star level The price is right. Please keep the same level of attention to detail and quality! only a few suggestions to jump into premium level. Some Nespresso machines, Blackout drapes (very bright in the morning) Access to a swiming pool for those extra hot days in Rosario

A neglected hotel
Reviewed By naka345This hotel was once a very nice place. We come regularly every year. Sadly there seems to be no maintenance whatsoever. By now the hotel is far from being "lujo" as it claims to be. The rooms are clean on the surface, but wherever you look closely you see dust, dirt and spots. Broken nightstands, greasy doors. Ants in the sink and on the floor, mold every where in the bathroom especially in the shower. Linen and towels with spots and hair. It is quite disturbing. The breakfast is very limited. More like a morning snack. The so called orange juice is nothing but a sugary powder dissolved in water. Milk for the sugared cereals only by request. To resume: we are very disappointed and most probably we won't return. Sadly this hotel lost us as regular client and all our family who visit Rosario regularly.
