Wonderful place to relax

Photos of room're actual, it's spacy enough and has kitchenette with fridge and teapot. Towels were changed everyday. The main point in my choice of the place was the beach and Apartments are really worth being two steps from the sea. Actually Jaz beach has pebble and sand parts and Savina's the most comfortable one cause it's sandy. But you do also mind that Jaz beach isn't that crowdy and doesn't have bars, night clubs, and souvenier shops like Budva for example, it's just the place to rest and relax. That was exactly my goal and therefore my vacancy was brilliant.

Wonderful holidays with family and friends
Reviewed By Varvara NWe have stayed in the hotel already two times, in August 2015 and in May 2016. Both times for 2 weeks. I am travelling with two small children, that is why we booked two connected rooms with two bathrooms and the huge lounge outside. The owners are the prettiest people who are ready to help at any time. The breakfast is good, but if you prefer something more, the supermaket is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The trip for the beach takes 10-15 minutes by feet ( 800 metres away). Budva is 5 km away, Tivat\Kotor is 20 km away. There are lots of delicious restaurants there and Kotor is even protected by UNESCO. At first we forgot to rent a car, but Miko (the owner of the hotel) helped us with renting and we have visited all the beautiful places nearby, including Lovcen park and Cetine. We aere afraid that the hotel cound't provide us with the baby cot and the small chair, but it was a mistake, they had it before our arrival.

Reviewed By GolgoZolgoAd un prezzo più alto della media, si soggiorna in una struttura di recente costruzione su di un altura che per ora costituisce il limite della cementificazione selvaggia in corso, quindi risulta molto tranquilla. Il bungalow in cui abbiamo soggiornato era pulito e bene attrezzato, inoltre a metà settimana è sono state fatte ulteriori pulizie con cambio asciugamani ma senza cambio lenzuola. Letto comodo. Tv satellitare che riceve tutti i canali tranne quelli italiani. Noi consigliamo questa struttura in quanto il rapporto qualità prezzo, considerato il periodo, è ottimo.

Reviewed By SillyguysSaavuimme Budvaan pitkän bussimatkan jälkeen. Paikan pitäjä suositteli ottamaan Budvan asemalta mieluummin paikallisbussin kuin taksin. Emme tienneet mistä paikkarit lähtevät, mikä numero jne. Hän ystävällisesti haki meidät asemalta ja esitteli samalla paikkoja. Itse majapaikka sijaitsee n. 6 km keskustasta. Vierestä löytyy Megamarket, huoltoasema kahviloineen ja pankkiautomaatti. Megamarketista voi ostaa lihaa ja viereisestä kojusta pyytää grillaamaan se. Jaz beach sijaitsee n. vartin kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneistomme oli valoisa, siisti ja moderni - vain 3 vuotta vanha. Iso terassi, oma kylpyhuone ja pieni tupakeittiö tarvikkeineen. Omistaja lupasi auttaa kaikessa, mitä vain tarvitsimme. Hän vei meidät seuraavana päivänä Budvaan ja mennessä kertoi hyviä ruokapaikkoja yms. vinkkejä onnistuneeseen lomaan. Suosittelemme todella tätä paikkaa!

Definitely not worth the price

Doesn't look good or bad but it has a parking and that's really useful. 3) Room: definitely not worth the price. When we arrived there was not even towels. I had to ask for it and they scratched my whole body (and I am a backpacker!!). For that kind of price you would expect AT LEAST: a garbage (!!), towels, more than half a roll of toilet paper, something to hold the pommel when you are taking a shower, soap (minimum!), a fix toilet bowl, hangers in the closet and curtains (not a veil which is completely useless against the sun). 4) Service: a father and his daughter which were nice for the couple of minutes we saw them. 5) Location: without traffic jam 15 min away from budva! Seblje it's a good restaurant next door! Until they adapt they price or the room standing I wouldn'T recommend it! You have better for literally half the price.

Beautiful hotel, great location and lovely staff
Reviewed By Ciaran HA beautiful boutique hotel, close to Budva with great hospitality. This place is lovely. Great facilities with the pool, sauna, steam room, gym, dining area. The room itself was gorgeous, with high quality finishings. It has all those little details you find in a high quality hotel; the way the drawers slowly close, the way the mini-bar fridge is shaped to fit a large water bottle, etc. Lovely balcony, comfortable sized room, firm bed, quality toiletries. I really liked this place. I think there are 14 rooms in the hotel so it has a nice relaxed feel. The pool could handle a hotel double it's size. Breakfast and lunch were really tasty. We didn't have dinner in the hotel. The location was great for us too. Budva accessible as it's only a few minutes away, but we wanted to be away from Budva in case it was too intense. Between the hotel and Budva is a really good beach called Jaz beach. It was a great base for us to be able to drive to Kotor, Lake Skadar, Ada Bojana. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to any requests we had. We're so glad we picked this hotel

Vila Vanja is situated in a very beautiful rent over the beach Jaz, categorized as were one of more beautiful beach of the region. The Vila is at 80m of height and is taken away 2km from the center of Budva. The location of our Vila is such, as he allows you to relax and to spend magnificent holidays in family as well as to take advantage of various attractive activities which offers the country. Vila Vanja works as a family establishment and consists of apartments for 2 to 6 persons (apartments with separate rooms). Vila possesses its private parking lot which is under surveillance 24/24 and is only reserved for the clientele of Vila.
Extremely enjoyable stay
Reviewed By RobbieMontoZoran and his family were absolutely fantastic and overly welcoming. Upon arrival we received an extremely warm welcoming. We were brought to the family veranda (best view in Montenegro)and were offered a complementary welcome drink of our choice. We sipped beer and coffee with Zoran and he gave us extremely helpful information on the area and all the do's and donts, this information proved pivotal in our experience of Budva. Zoran then offered us a ride to the local supermarket so we could stock up our apartment for the 3 days. He was always available via WhatsApp or at reception to answer all our questions and queries. On several occasions we sat and shared his local home made drinks and beer. The apartment itself was basic but functional and catered for all our needs. The views were Also fantastic. 10 minute walk to the beach, be prepared for the steep hills and stairs - shoes recommended over flip flops. Taxi to budva old town - 10mins and if you struggle to get one, ask zoran or his staff an they can do their best to arrange. Forget about fancy frills and room service, if you want host that actually cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to insure you're welcome and happy then... Villa Vanja is the only place!

Хозяйка Тамара очень радушно приняла и помогала все время прибывания и готовила очень вкусные завтраки. Близко к пляжу Яз, который оаказлася самый лучший из всех, особенно если у вас маленький ребёнок.
