We have a parking with an extra cost, rooms with sea view, pay per view TV, wifi connection and beach.

Breakfast was included and good, not amazing but still enjoyable with variety of things to choose from, it is a 3 stars after all. Not 5. Staff were helpful. The room with the terrace was lovely and so atmospheric, including the beautiful bathroom! The coast gardens surrounding the restaurant and the hotel were beautiful and nice to hang out in. A bus ride to Positano. About 20 minutes, give it take, depending on the traffic. You can also take a water taxi which cost 40Euros - from the nearby small port. We did it and split the cost, so 20 euros each. I would highly recommend that route!!! Stunning views on the way and much more pleasant than a bus. Would absolutely recommend.

Superbly clean, one of the few places with a spectacular pool and rooftop with views of Capri and Positano and the ocean and great food and wine. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious each morning. Praiano was perfectly located with smaller town charms but easy access to Positano and Amalfi with the bus stops for Sita and the local bus outside the hotel. The path up for Path of the Gods is within one block as well. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and their amazingly helpful staff!

Reviewed By trxsoOur 4 nights in this beautiful family run hotel in Praiano made our stay on the Amalfi Coast extra special. On arrival, we were personally greeted and shown to our room. It was in pristine condition, spacious and felt as if it had been recently refurbished. The sea views made waking up every morning feel extra special. On our first night, after a long day of travelling we opted for a hotel dinner. It was some of the most delicious and great quality of the food I've had in a while (my favourite being the bruschetta) and the service was great. Our booking included breakfast and the staff were accommodating to our requests for eggs, coffee etc. My favourite were the freshly baked croissants, served warm each morning. The staff were helpful in arranging transport, including water taxis, airport transfers and more - making us feel at ease during every point of our stay. The hotel is in a great location, with a bus stop outside which can take you to the main towns on the coast. We enjoyed travelling to Positano by water taxi, which I’d encourage for the full experience. The journey was around 10 minutes and the kind staff helped us with the arrangements. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the coast. The staff were helpful in making sure our needs were accommodated weeks before we arrived. I’d give this hotel 10 stars if I could and look forward to going back again! Giulia, Paolo, Nello and to all the other lovely staff at Hotel Villa Maria Pia - grazie mille per tutto!

Hotel La Perla Praiano. My father Giovanni built this hotel in 1969. It's a small hotel overlooking one the most enchanting part of the bay of Amalfi, right in the middle of the coast. Best location for many excursions, close to the main village and to the restaurants,few steps from the rocky beach la Praia, some rooms have balcony and Hydrojet tub.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is down a long, steep path but worth it and the beachside restaurants are really good. The food in the hotel restaurant is good too. Note that the hotel is actually located on the main road, don’t try to access the Via Meglina by sat nav - it is a steep, narrow path. The directions for the hotel should make this clear.

Reviewed By Tim_zig2We stayed here in october end of the season. We had the beachfront view. Not a lot to do so we left early and went to Sorento. They had like 3 restaurants open. Cold and extremely windy so we couldn't go to the beach or scuba dive. Breakfast was extremely basic but the view was to die for very pretty. Go to Armandino for dinner its so good best pasta in Italy I've had so far. The area seems like it would be very busy in the Summer so keep that in mind if you plan to sleep in. You're literally right on the beach next to everything. You can rent a boat and do all the tours everything is right there. To get to anything else is a climb another thing to keep in mind you're at the bottom so everything else is up. Take taxis and such I recommend to see Amalfi and Postiano.

It is very easy to get a bus to and from Positano or Amalfi. Many beautiful restaurants right in Praiano. The hotel is owned by the neighbouring hotel Tramonto D’oro & the staff treated us as if we were staying there. All staff were so friendly and helpful. For 10 Euro per day we had an amazing breakfast at the Tramonto D’oro - well worth it!! For 15 Euro per day you can use the hotel pool. For those wanting to stay in the middle of Praiano, at a lower cost of the Tramonto D’oro, I highly recommend the Casa Stella Marina. The room itself was large & clean with a comfortable bed. We could not hear any noise from the outside. Very impressed by our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Reviewed By chrisH9870WYWonderful hotel run by two brothers .Breakfast absolutely fantastic for a continental breakfast.Cappacino is to die for.I would Definetly stay there again.So welcoming even when we were delayed getting there.Nothing was to much trouble even sorting our taxi back to Naples as they did not pick us up on way in.Pre booked a private taxi for a two way journey and they did not turn up when we landed.HOtel should be given 5 star rating.
