Reviewed By luismelo65Me robaron un termo de la alberca que para mi tiene mucho significado, el personal si supo quien era el cliente ratero y yo les pedi que por favor me proporsionaran el telefono del ratero ya que ellos cuentan con su informacion, pero me dijeron que por politicas del hotel no podian darme su telefono, que ellos le llamarian y me estarian informando para poder recuperar el termo. Pero no se comunicaron para nada conmigo. a otro compañero tambien le robaron su hielera y sus gantes de moto. y nadie te resuelve nada.

Reviewed By Alicia DExcellent service, all the staff members are very polite; the hotel looks like new and its very clean. Breakfast is very good considering the hotel rates. We have been in the city a lot of times and this hotel is a lot better than the hotels of the area (and cheaper).

Reviewed By kyles53I love the Charcoal Grill and a lot cheaper to get groceries here in PN than in the states. Sometimes I stay. This trip I had the best deal at the Holiday Inn Express. It is in a great place, walking distance to everything. The staff was amazing. Probably the best I have had anywhere! Very helpful and attentive. The bed was super soft and room was very big. It will be my hotel from here on out when I spend the night!

Reviewed By Giselle MI reserved the hotel in advance two weeks before. When I got to the hotel they charged in pesos for the whole stay. The second day I was there, I was trying to get into my room and my key wasn't working.While i was gone my husband received a call from reception that we needed to leave, so i went down to ask and the lady in the front desk assured everything was fine. then I went down to reception and they told me that i needed to pay a payment of 1,090 pesos for the other night when they had already confirmed with me that what i paid when i got there was the total for all. I had then not have enough money to pay for the rest and needed to get my stuff out and they ween't letting me until i paid the whole amount. I sat for hours trying to figure out what to do because the receptionist Mario made the mistake to charge me one night only and every time I asked him to call management he refused to because he said it would then come out of his check. So then i ended up having to leave a day than expected and had no where to stay and i had traveled all the way from Wisconsin. Worst experience ever and horrible customer service

Reviewed By ErnieMunozThe hotel facilities are in good condition. The AC is a window unit so it is very noisy. The mattress is not bad, the pillows are terrible, the blankets are already very used. The desk has no lamp, so it is difficult to work at night with the computer because the lighting in the room is really poor. The bathroom leaves much to be desired, although clean and spacious, the sink has no lever for the cap, so it takes time for it to empty. What is unacceptable is that they only place a single bar of soap that you have to use both to wash your hands and to bathe. The towels are also old and only put 2: one half-bath both to dry your hands and to dry when leaving the shower and another for the floor. The restaurant has a good menu, the quality of the dishes is good, the presentation not so much, the service terrible (do not send salt, napkins or condiments with the service). You have to ask for the menu, as they are not available in the rooms. NOT RECOMMENDED for long stays or comfortable rest

Necesitan mejorar sus procesos
Reviewed By Irma_GuzmanMi viaje estaba inicialmente programado del 15 al 16 de octubre, hice la reserva por booking el dìa 12 con los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito; ese mismo día me cambiaron la fecha del viaje y cancelé la reserva, a pesar de seguir todos los procedimientos: me cobraron la habitación a través de una plataforma que ellos manejan que se llama OYO. Fue un lío enlazar al hotel, los teléfonos referidos en booking no funcionan. Mi viaje se reprogramó al 29 y 30 de octubre, les solicité la reconsideración del cobro a esa noche. Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que preferían darme la habitación en cortesía (!!! sí la pagué) pero que el desayuno no lo iban a absorber (pff) Las habitaciones tienen problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento, los blancos son viejos (sábanas y toallas), hay cafetera pero no café, las amenidades son bien básicas, no hay agua de cortesía para beber. De las cosas positivas: el wifi funciona bien, las habitaciones tienen buena decoración, están en una buena zona y es medianamente tranquilo. Quise hacer uso del gimnasio (ofertado) y me dijeron que desde hace dos años se ocupa como bodega!! Comencé mal y terminé también desilusionada...

Bad management we can not be in the pool after 11:00pm even if you not making noise not even sitting in the bench outside of your room. The only good thing here is the housekeeping ladies. Other than that is horrible you can not get ice, very disrespectful uneducated people the way they talk with the guest people is rude not only with us but with a Dominican Republic friend who came with us with every body so you already know if you come to this hotel don’t think you are going to enjoy your trip.
