Colazione super fornita, bella vista in terrazza e piscina sempre pulita, per non parlare delle camere. Grazie al signor Rosario e a sua moglie per averci accolto e farci sentire a nostro agio durante questa vacanza. Da consigliare!

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöne typisch sizilianische Unterkunft
Reviewed By SnoopianaDie Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Ruhig, landschaftlich idyllisch eingebunden und alles mit dem Auto in Kürze bzw. in einem angenehmen Zeitrahmen zu erreichen (wie Ätna, Taormina...). Ohne Auto, wer in Fussnähe gerne viel hat oder Trubel liebt, findet hier nicht das, was er sucht. Hier tummelt sich auch auf der Terrasse die ein oder andere unaufdringliche Katze, was irgendwie süß zu beobachten ist. Der nur 4 km entfernte Strand Marina di Cottone hat uns auch besser gefallen als am überlaufen Isola Bella oder Giardini Naxos. Wenn man zum Meer orientierend geradeaus von der Unterkunft den Berg runterfährt und sich am Restaurant Mare Kampo (sehr zu empfehlen) nach rechts hält, kann durch offene Wege im Zaun zum Strand und bekommt dort ruhige Plätzchen (Badeschuhe zu empfehlen aufgrund der Kiessteine). Die Parkgebühr ist sehr gering, Kleingeld empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber, Agata und Paolo, sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sie sprechen auch ein charmantes Deutsch. Die Unterkunft selber ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jeden Tag werden die Betten gemacht und frische Handtücher aufgehängt.

Fantastic pool, great service and a good location to explore the East coast... It is however very remote and you absolutely need a car, but I think you do for any visit to Sicily..

This elegant historycal graded villa built in the beginning of twentith century, is situated in the peaceful surrounding of Etna's Nature Park at the foothills of europe's largest and most active volcano 'Mount Etna'.All the rooms are very confortable( A/C, private bath-room and tv )and are furnished tastefully.There is also a wonderful and panoramic swimming-pool.

Reviewed By MounxWe stayed at Il Glicine for a week and it exceeded our expectations. The place is peaceful, gardens and pool were beautifully kept. Linda and Maria Giovanna are professional and friendly hosts who helped us with all our needs. The room was nice, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious with some handmade cakes / brioches. The location is perfect for visiting Etna, Taormina and all the places around. We highly recommend this little gem!

Perfect Sicilian Holiday
Reviewed By Bogdan SWe were touring Sicily and stayed for a couple of nights in Casa Gallida. It was the first start and what a start it was. The perfect place. On Etna, with the sea in front of our eyes and with Etna falling hard on our shoulders. The house is exquisite and the host extraordinary. You can choose either the mountain or either the sea, either the silence and warmth of the house or the crowded atmosphere of Taormina and Castelmolla. either way you can't choose wrong. If you pass by give a warm and thankful hello to the cheerful french lady who will host you. And admire the garden.

Reviewed By Claudia PVilla Donna Santa is beautifully situated. From the terrace while having breakfast you face Taormina in the distance while listening to birds chirping in the trees. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh and the rooms are modern and very clean. Ndeye, our host, is lovely, hospitable and eager to help. She made sure that all was well including providing a gluten free breakfast.

Reviewed By ERNESTO EDUARDO AEs un bed and breakfast,lo mejor de lo mejor.Estaba yo solo,aunque había capacidad para mas gente.Inolvidable,fui a festejar mi cumpleaños,69,donde vivió mi abuelo paterno,un sueño realizado.El dueño Concceto,gran persona,me hizo conocer y me llevo por varios lugares,Taormina,Giardini Naxos y muchos mas que él conocía.Un placer los dias que pase.Y el Vulcamare limpio,con todas las comodidades.Recomendable.Voy a volver...si me dá la vida.

Reviewed By _f_federica87Questa struttura non ci ha soddisfatti, l'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato non era quello indicato nelle fotografie, era di un livello molto più basso, ci hanno posizionato ai margini della struttura dove la vista era su una tettoia dismessa , non vi era nemmeno un balcone e l'aqua del rubinetto a volte non scendeva. bello il panorama che si vede dalla piscina.
