Everything is just perfect: the staff is friendly, the location superb, the food is delicious , the pools great and the mountains beautiful. We can recommend this hotel especially to families. A lot of facilities, kids club, MTB to rent for free We will come back!

Booking lost - Rude and not professional at all
Reviewed By 766dariovWe tried to book a 2 days stay in this nice-looking hotel weeks in advance by asking to use the Italian holiday voucher we had received from the IT gov. After our first, as we made sure they had availability for our two days, encouraged by the hotel staff, we confidently sent the hotel office an email with our details and our voucher unique code. As I did not hear back from them after two days, I called them back and they told me everything was fine, and they were just waiting for one of their employee to get back to work after being on sick leave to validate our holiday code. After an additional week, they never sent an email nor called me back to finalize the booking. I then decided to call them again, but they never acknowledged my booking. They claimed they never received my email (I quoted them hour and day straight out of my gmail) and that, of course, there were only more expensive rooms left to book. Plus, they added they do not accept IT gov issued voucher and they proopsed me to pay in full and then wait for a refund. Utterly unprofessional, they left us with accommodation 10 days before departure rushing to book anything while prices were. Being professional, kind and understanding in the hospitality business is paramount: if you can't be any of those, you better change job

Reviewed By 580dominiquebFirst Dolomites are a crazy nice place. We spent 7 days in Castel Latemar. I’m a biker and every thing is organized to make our life easy. Road book with very good itinerary. Garage for motorbikes. Guided tour. The location itself is amazing with a nice view in all direction Rooms are great, people are kind and nice. Food is simple and tasty. For sure, we will come back

A place where to go at least once in life
Reviewed By VannaCJust returned home after a three weeks holiday in hotel Post. It’s the sixth time I’ve spent time there and each is more pleasant than the previous. The location is wonderful with large lawn dominated by the mount Latemar changing colour during the day, the cooking excellent with first quality ingredients and fresh vegetables from the garden of the hotel, the staff very kind and helpful, the rooms and the beds extremely comfortable. Everything is perfect!

Our 4-Star Hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy, in the middle of the heart of the Dolomites, between Rosengarden and Latemar, close to the “Rainbow lake” Carezza! Our hotel is surrounded by nature and a magnificent mountain panorama, right next to wonderful walking and hiking trails. Our area offers great motorcycle tours for true passionate bikers! Near the hotel you will find a 9-Hole Course; Driving Range & Practice area! The winter season at the Sporthotel Alpenrose is perfect for skiing: the hotel lies close to the ski-lifts of the Carezza skiing resort and there are magnificent trails near the property, which also boasts direct connection to Sellaronda and Dolomiti Superski. Ski gear can be rented in the hotel.
Very Nice Hotel With Excellent Spa Facilities

Although our last day of walking was not our most strenuous, we were all a bit sore after days on the trail. So the extensive spa at the Alpenrose was VERY welcome. Numerous choices for wet and dry saunas, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, relax room, massages available: in short, perfect for achy hikers. Room was spacious and well appointed. Front desk staff was very helpful with small needs (like printing documents) that can often be irritating. Internet access was spotty in the room, and sometimes didn't work at all. Bar and restaurant were welcoming and food was good, with portion sizes being more reasonable than many of the hotels we used.

Reviewed By bananapancakessThe Pardeller comes with a nice restaurant with good food and excellent and lovely service. The rooms are comfortable. The only thing here can be, the door to the bathroom. It is a glass door, so your room mate sees everything you do. This is not especially what I like. But except from this, the rest is fine. The Pardeller staff is lovely! We might be back there next year.

Reviewed By DPfromColoradoStaying here is a special experience, especially if you enjoy the meals provided in a full or half board plan. The mother is the cook. We were cared for in a very personal way. Rooms are small, and the plumbing is older - e.g. separate faucets for hot and cold in the shower and sink sometimes make you feel you are receiving a mixture of both rather than a moderate water temperature overall. The location is beautiful. So charming that it left other places on our trip unable to compete.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and for a very reasonable price. The deck was a great addition. Breakfast was typical european and very good. Herta was extremely helpful in finding us hiking maps and her concern for our safety was appreciated. Would recommend this BandB. The town is an excellent stopping point for hiking and skiing. The lift takes you up to further lifts for spectacular views of the Dolomites

Reviewed By E_writesareviewI initially chose Hotel Central for its location - right next to the Ski Lift, in the center of the little village (a supermarket across the street, numerous restaurants, a bus station), but I came back the following year because of the family who runs the hotel. Familie Schwarz-Tschager (3 generations :)) creates a welcoming, yet relaxed atmosphere for their guests so rare in tourism. Every day I would consult them about our hiking trips - and I was always well advised. Oh, and also, the rooms got recently renovated, are really nice, and the view is breathtaking...
