The rooms are clean and efficient..breakfast is enough to take you way in to lunch time with the . I really enjoyed the location to the beach and the center of the town all with in walking distance. The only down side is the wifi is not the strongest and goes out alot.. it could have been because of of room location.. it does come with your room so it's not extra like other places we had visited. For your visit and definitely for those of us who budget travel you can not beat the Alkyonis Hotel.

Reviewed By Ivanka17I stayed in hotel "Aqua Mare" for 5 nights in May. When we arrived, we had the impression that the hotel is cozy, stylish furnished and decorated with an eye on the detail. What really makes the difference, was the quality of the service. We had had breakfast in the hotel, where Sonya tried to make our stay comfortable. Amiable, diligent and attentive, she managed to fulfill all the guests' requests even beyond the expectations. The owner of the hotel, Maria, was permanently interested in our feedback and asked us whether everything is alright. Her daughter, Eva, and Anna also did their best to satisfy the guests' requirements. Our half-board included dinner in a Greek tavern, in 5-step-menu. We had the chance to choose one meal per category, namely: appetizers, salads, soups, main course, and a drink. As a compliment, we received even a dessert. The food was tasty and the service excellent. The sunny weather and the sandy beach also contributed to our careless stay. As a whole, the relaxed ambiance and the quality service made our vacation unexpectedly calm and unforgettable. I would definitely recommend hotel "Aqua Mare" to everyone, who needs an escape from the reality.

The first one has 2 single beds, small kitchenette, fridge, small wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, acces to balcony. The second room (badroom) has a double bed, wardrobe, safe box, acces to balcony. The balcony is big, has center view and partial sea view. The bathroom is very, very small. It's the only thing I disliked a lot. I don't know how the others rooms has the bathrooms, but this one is ugly. Has only a shower faucet and a curtain, nothing on the floor. When you take a shower, all the floor will be wet. I attach a picture (I lifted the curtain so you can see). About that, they should change the bathroom door because it's old and ruined in some places. The rooms don't have mosquitoes net. Breakfast is not self catering, you choose from the menu. They have few types of breakfast menu and the food is good. Dinner it's same thing. You order from menu, which is not very impresive. I didn't like the food too much ( I am referring now on the dinner food). About the hotel restaurant, has a inside play space for kids. That's a good thing for kids and parents, as well. :) My kids enjoyed. The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of Nea Kallikratia, 50 m from the sea. Close to the restaurants, stores, market, etc. In the evening its very noisy!! The beach is great, is big, has sand and sunbeds. I think the entrance in water its kind of deeper for the small kids. Problems with the parking space. Stuff is friendly and speak English. P. S excuse my English writing.

Çocukları Yanni ve Achileas'ın işlettiği hotel çok iyi bir konumda, temiz ve bakımlı. Artemis ve Kiryakos çok iyi Türkçe konuşuyorlar, çocukları da biraz ama çok yardım severler. Türkiye'den geldiğimiz için bize ayrı bir ilgi gösterdiler. Gerisi hikaye, belki birgün bir yerlerde yazarız..

The room was from us, my husband and me booked and we called 3 times before . We became another room very small with a little bathroom and WC. The balcony was very small and looked at the street and not at the pool and garden that was promised to us. There was no help from the receptionstaff and no response. Also noone was whearing masks. No antiseptic hand cleaner, no masks no cloves in the room. Nothing looked like the pictures we saw at booking.com We left the same day.

The Muses - X lies at New Kallikratia in Chalkidiki, in distance 40 km from the city of Thessaloniki and the 'Macedonia' airport. Our accommodation includes light and airy apartments (2 or 3 bedrooms) with 2 and 3 balconies each, big enough rooms and bathrooms with bathtubs and free parking. Each apartment has also a living room with all the household equipment, free internet in all rooms and views of the garden and the valley. There is also elevator and air conditioning. The tranquility and comfort ensures the comfortable accommodation. It takes 6 minutes walking from the beach (700 meters) and we offer free transportation to and from the airport Macedonia * . It is ideal for family vacation or with friends and for everyone who loves comfort places. You can save money because of the household equipment, the free internet and the facility to accommodate many people together.

Reviewed By Konstantin ZWe have been visiting Kallikratia for numerous times. This time we choose Mouses X Hotel especially because of the good price that we have got from the lade owner! However, in general, I am a little bit disappointed from the stay there.... First, the lady owner is somewhat cold and with some kind of arrogant attitude in my opinion... She needs to work on her behavior with customers I guess... Second, in the beginning she tried to refuse serving us breakfast during our stay under the excuse that it is not in the offer because she discounted the price. After showing her the messages on our phone, because her computer did not work at that time for some reason she understood that she could not avoid it so with some kind of impression she agreed to serve the breakfast. However, the breakfast we were served in the next three days was not sufficient (see pictures) and every day we would get rearranged staff from the previous day... For instance, the leftovers of bread slices from the second day were fried for the third day and something similar to that. Third, the rooms (apartment), I have to point out that it was impeccably clean and quite big and spacious, equipped with most of the things one family would need during their stay. We were promised that the room is going to be cleaned on the second day - it was - but there were no towels replaced. Fourth, when we wanted to pay the rest of the amount (we had paid prepayment before going there) she refused to charge our credit card under the excuse that the price is too low to do that. Just for illustration, she had several POS terminals there and she never informed us that the payment is going to be in cash, in which case it would not be a problem. After my insisting that she should rethink about it and reminding her that she never told us of this she said that either we pay with cash or pay the full amount with credit card (40 EUR difference). Fifth, the Hotel is situated quite far from the beaches, which I knew in the beginning. The walking distance is bearable though and one needs 10 minutes walking to the beach which was OK for us. In conclusion, the rooms and the hotel are clean and spacious, but the lady owner should definitely work on her attitude and should not try to find sneaky ways of eliminating her duties, which, after all, she set up - not us! P.S. In one of the comments I looked before booking I read that there were bicycles available for the tourist, but given the general atmosphere while communicating with her I did not had a wish to even ask her about them and they were nowhere to be seen!
