Reviewed By veradecAmazing stay in this very well-run hotel. Excellent service, fine food, wonderful facilities with game rooms (including bowling) and great pools. The rooms are well thought of with lots of space to organize your stuff and clothing. Furniture is exquisite all throughout the hotel. Activities await daily for those who wish to explore the region or wish for a sporty holiday. The sense of detail Is everywhere. Above all, a 5-star rating for the staff and service. Everyone here is friendly and efficient. A place where you can really seat back and relax while everything else is being taken care of. It has been a great pleasure to stay at the Prokulus, we will definitely be back ! Keep it up !

A nice place to stay
Reviewed By Hannah TAfter quite a long drive, we arrived at the hotel (there is underground parking) and were greeted by a very friendly man (spoke very little English, but was very polite and he tried to help) who told us about breakfast etc and how to find our room. We were on the 3rd floor, and it was a lovely and clean spacious room. We also had a balcony too where we got gorgeous views.They also provided fluffy gowns and slippers in the bathroom. We headed straight outside to relax in the garden, plenty of space and furniture to do so. The hotel also has a swimming pool (indoor), hot tub and offers various massage/spa treatments, although we didn't try any of them. A short walk away from the shops and a selections of cafes/restaurants (we chose to eat there rather than in the hotel) and hotel supplied leaflets and information about things to do (mainly in Italian and German) The breakfast was one of the nicest breakfasts I've ever had. A wide selection of meats, cheeses, breads, yogurts, fruit, cereal and cakes! My husband didn't know where to start! The only problem we found was the duvet, they weren't big enough! The provided 2 small duvets (they looked about right for a single bed) which wasn't good when you wanted to cosy up. We did mention this to the staff, and when we returned to our room later that day, they had provided 2 more small duvets! It was better than what we had, but we would have preferred a full sized one. They also don't provide a kettle, but they do provide an urn at the front of the hotel, which is switched on at breakfast so you can have tea etc, but any other time of the day, you needed to order one at the bar (I think one cup of tea was about 3 Euros) The rooms also claim to soundproof too, but I can assure you, they are not! Despite all these little things, a very charming hotel and I would like to visit there again.

We slept very well, quiet and with a great temperature! Breakfast has the right quality food for a day out in excursion! This village is perfect for who is looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday! Small paradise in the dolomites
Reviewed By Monique JWe started with a reservation for two days but we enjoyed it so much that we booked extra nights. Which was possible because of the flexibility of the family owners. Their professional hospitality was wonderful. The swimmingpool is absolutely gorgeous with water on the right temperature. We had the traumblick room on the highest floor and from the balcony there is a great view on the mountains. Also the hire of ebikes and citybikes is a great advantage. Breakfast is extended and tasteful. So well worth visiting this lovely place!

Good accommodation choice
Reviewed By tuscan-galPension Nadine is located a short distance from the much bigger and busier town of Merano. Although just off the main road we were not disturbed by noise at all. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms have been done up and are functional and modern. Our room had a seating arrangement with a kind of table and two bench seats that we could have used for eating but had no mini fridge in the room. Our breakfast was excellent!!! And real coffee was served! Very friendly welcoming staff. Recommended for singles as the cost is around half the cost of a double - which is rare nowadays.
