Decent hotel on the beach
Reviewed By roamieWe were fortunate to score a very low nightly rate on Booking.com and paid 65€ for a quadruple room. I don't think the hotel is worth more than that. Room was fine with a very decent air conditioner and small size terrace looking out over the water. Breakfast was an extra 8€ per person and definitely not worth it. Had we known about the extra cost we would have skipped breakfast, it was pretty basic and bland.

We got a clean, pretty and quiet room including a tasty breakfast at a reasonable price. There is a pool next to the hotel and a safe parking. Basic hotel in close to the sea
Reviewed By dariobP5501MTThe hotel is good, as advertised in fact. Compulsory breakfast for 12 € per person a bit expensive but understandable for RCI guests (other resorts charge more). The beach is just in front and rather empty, at least the first week of September. Bring earplugs: late night "movida" along the sea and a railway track on the back side. Good starting point for excursions to nica places as Mt. Conero, Urbino, San Marino, Gradara. Good food in the neighbourhood.

Pleasant hotel near the beach
Reviewed By ford-ka-9-5The hotel is located on the road parallel to the railway line and the beach, you just need to cross the street and take an underpass under the railway to get to the beach which is by far the major local attraction. The room was quite spacious in light colours with nice and very clean bathroom and (which we particularly appreciated after a long ride on a very hot day) perfect AC. The room has a small balcony, ours was very quiet as it was at the back of the building. If your ideal holidays means going to the beach every day, it is a very good choice. If you want to do some sightseeing you will surprisingly many places to see within half an hour drive.

Spacious balcony, new elevator. What really gives this hotel a 5. The chef is super friendly and cooks the best food I’ve ever had. The menu changes daily with 3 choice for the first plate, 3 choices for the second plate and a desert. They always come around with seconds so your able to try everything. Waiters are friendly and are attentive to your every need. This hotel is definitely a must! Will definitely rebook for our 5th time.

Reviewed By BorthwoodWe stayed on the All-Inclusive package and we cannot speak too highly of the management and staff who made our holiday such a happy one. The food was excellent with a good buffet for breakfast and then with genuinely four course lunches and dinners every day there was certainly all anyone could possibly want to eat. The variety and quality of the food was first-class too, including various types of pasta and every meal had fish as well as meat among the choices.. The wine at table, red or white, as well as the bottled water was free.as were the beach umbrella and lounger-beds on the Miramare-designated beach , which is only a few metres from the hotel itself. The beach shelves very gently into the sea so the water for some distance out remains shallow and safe for even small children. The hotel has been recently refurbished , it has a lift to all floors, the rooms are air-conditioned and have colour TV too. The condition of the rooms and the whole place is excellent. The size of he rooms is limited, but we certainly found ours large enough. The bathrooms are fully modernised and there is constant hot water at any time of the day, but, again, space has certainly not been wasted.. The chamber-maids every day remake the beds, clean the room and tidy-up most efficiently and the bed-linen and towels are changed regularly. We flew into Pisa and used a hire-car to get to Marotta and found the car very useful to visit a whole host of towns inland that attracted us by their art and general mediaeval ambience....among these were Urbino, Fano. San Marino and Pesaro etc etc , so the hotel is central for these truly interesting visits. The hotel is not far from the railway-line, and although one could hear them, we were at no time disturbed by the trains. Finally, price........... the Miramare is an excellent bargain....it does not purport to be a Five-Star estabilishment and considering the costs of getting there it must be one of the few places left where honest value for modest money is possible and that make a seaside holiday in Italy among Italians a possibility for many from Britain. We were the only people there from Britain and all the Italian guests were very kind and friendly at every turn. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and its setting.

Reviewed By Albert OWe stayed one week at Family Beach Resort Il Girasole at Marotta di Mondolfo. There are several thing to like at "Il Girasole": the location right at the seaside, the good abundant food mostly suitable for children. the helpful stuff. There are also weak points: the rooms are awfully small and (except the most expensive ones) without windows.The beach is unsuitable for children: there is no lifeguard and the sea gets deep very quickly. In general the resort does not really match the description on the website, it is actually much worse.
