Nice, Clean Hotel with a Friendly and Helpful Team
Reviewed By swankingReally friendly and helpful staff, a clean hotel room with a nice minimalist decoration style. The team did everything I asked of them, they were so helpful. The only negative thing for me was the food, which I did not find particularly enjoyable, but it also was not bad in any way, but I'd eat out in Martin next time where there are many good options.

Reviewed By TapaniR27A rapid visit to Martin. Very central location. The staff was very kindly. The room clean and silent. Parking behind the hotel on closed area. We enjoined our stay. The breakfast was good, still a bit limited and in a Slovakian vay any extras was billed separetly.

Reviewed By Dennis OThe Ladoven is located outside the hustle of the main city, yet is easy walking distance to it. It has a nice view, with walking paths into the quiet woods. The breakfasts were prepared hot and the menu gave many options in the evening. The rooms were very clean and adequately sized.

Reviewed By ZdziPositives: great, spacious, clean apartment (bedroom, living room, shower/toilet, hall) with a fridge, kettle, cups, beds (big double and two singles) were very comfortable. very tasty food (especially the pizzas and burgers that we had but they have other things on the menu as well) friendly staff, indoor kids play area, parking, enough power points in convenient places. Decent price. Building and room well looked after. Disliked nothing but one suggestion: the tv in the living room was small (32 inches?) for the distance to the couch. We didn’t use or need the TV but if we wanted to, then from the couch it would have been less enjoyable to watch (shows how big the living room is!) However this is just a suggestion and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Reviewed By 842terezajWe stayed at the hotel for two nights and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were equipped with everything you need. The staff was nice and very helpful. Food was delicious. The location of the hotel is great, everything is within walking distance.

First time, good experience

Of course in 4* hotel we expect some standards but when you buy discounted voucher you have to accept all conditions. As we were informed hotel was after reconstruction but we couldn't compare it because of our first stay there. We had standard double bed room with balcony. Room was clean well equipped but we missed kettle. During three day stay we had a half pension so that we had a chance to taste different meals each day. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Restaurant also offers launch menu which was also fine. We also enjoyed hotel wellness with pool, jacuzzi, and its interior is quite big enough. Also sauna and relaxing room were nice and we spent pretty relax time there. We can recommend hotel services also in out of high season. PS: 4 from 5 due to some details but not important in my review.

Big room, good food awful receptionist

Reservation made via Zlava Dna and confirmed by email. 9 email communication with hotel and still not ready everything. -Unable to pay by card - no information in advance ( I saw it in other reviews so I took cash and they were unable to give me back and send me to bank.. after few day of stay they arrange it.) - We had apartment - really a lot of place, separate wc and bathroom what was great. Old furniture some new furniture new door but everything was functional. Hairdresser and beauty salon were closed - probably corona close them. massage - good to have it nothing special but fine - Restaurant - good food, nice staff, small kids area where kids can play. In the restaurant you can pay by card what was fine. Restaurant looks like different hotel, everything new, nice, and nice friendly staff. Nobody use face mask neither guests neither receptionist.
