Guest house Jasmín - Our guest house is situated a few minutes from the Liberec centre and a few minutes from Aquapark and IQ-Park Babylon, and a few minutes from trade centre Forum. There is central city transport. The train and bus station ist distant of our guest house 20 minutes walk.

Reviewed By MariekeV899The pension is fine. Breakfast is good. We didn't use the pool because it wasn't open. Too bad because we are real swimpool fans. It's a real nice place if you're easily sleep. I'm a difficult sleaper and heard at the begin of the night already our neighbour snorring. In the middle of the night it was so loud I/we woke up. So if you have silent neighbours (also toilet en shower are easy to hear) , it's a good place.

Reviewed By 920kate_inatTo sum up - Standard hotel, excellent Fun Park, polished misery Luna Park, terrible service in the Nostalgia restaurant and poor quality of food everywhere. We came on a recommendation and also followed the extremely positive reviews, which turned out to be inaccurate. The hotel rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfast is sufficient, nothing surprising but enough. What I don't understand is that the hotel doesn't have any quality restaurant. The hotel's dining room, where buffet breakfast and dinner are served, does not have the capacity, but you won't wait long for a table. We did not try the buffet dinners. Instead, we dined 2 times at the Nostalgia restaurant, which I very strongly warn against!!! The first day we got raw pork neck. I don't know the reason the restaurant lists the weight of the meat if they don't follow this. Is this an invitation to the Czech Trade Inspectorate? However, on the first day at least we got food. The second day (Saturday 8pm), already on arrival it was clear that it was a bad choice, but you have no other one. The staff is young, inexperienced, unorganized, they don't know what they are doing. After an hour and a quarter after ordering the food, we found out that they don't even prepare this. We waited so long because it's standard, you wait 30 min for a beer. So just no dinner that day (which is great if you have kids). The waitress didn't even apologize. Fun park is new and great - the question is whether it's enough for the whole stay. Luna park - Old, discarded machines, of which one in three works. Aquapark - suffers from a classic defect of Czech pools, it's really cold there. I guess it wasn't always like that, because I've heard locals talking about how it used to be much warmer there (the price of energy is going up, so they're obviously starting to save money). We've tried it, we're not going back.

The staff was very friendly at the reception and also in the restaurant. The room was so beautiful and well cleaned by (I hope it is correct) Marianne. Three choices of pillows ...unbelievable :- )Hotel is realy well situated - in the middle of Liberec. Public transport is very closed to the hotel. Places of interest - Ještěd, ZOO, IQlandia, Centrum Babylon,... We will definately come back soon :-) Thank you so much again for great service!!!

There are carpets in all rooms and they are friendly to animals..... and it was disgusting, because our room was full of hair of animals. Even we had brown tap water in the bathroom - after washing the teeth we felt bad and vomited for two days. Also the buffet has greatly deteriorated. I'm sorry about that.

Really disappointing
Reviewed By oliver-k6Positive: The room was spacious and quiet, the bed comfortable. Also the wifi and TV worked well. The staff was friendly. Negative: When we checked in, there was only a bit more than half a roll of toilet paper, which wasn't enough. There was hair in our bed, various stains on the bed and chips under the bed (see pictures). Disgusting! The breakfast buffet wasn't refilled fast enough and there could be more variety (almost no vegan options). More negative points could be named. We cannot recommend the Pytloun hotel chain!

Expected more from a 4* grand-hotel

Overall the stay was nice, accommodation comfortable and clean, very good and rich breakfast, 3-course menu in the pub "Na Ruzku", the premises of the hotel great. We were surprised by a few things that spoiled our experience a bit. The room was not in its best condition. Sheets and towels were clean and ready, but the curtains were torn down, sliding doors in the closet were stuck, a lightbulb was not funcioning in the chandelier. Another unpleasant situation happened in the restaurant. We were told by the receptionist that we can pay our spending at the check-out including the bill in the restaurant. But when we were leaving the restaurant, we were forced to pay our bill, because "it was not guaranteed" that we will pay...? That was really unsuitable. Our mood was then improved by a nice wellness with a comfortable whirlpool and sauna. Nevertheless we will probably choose a different hotel for our next stay in Liberec.

Since it was summer time the top most floor was way too stuffy but on notifying the staff, they happily moved me to a better room. The breakfast was good, above all an excellent location at an affordable price!

Really bad experience
Reviewed By Michal SHotel is clean, nice. But it's the small details what set the bad experience. I payed in advance for the whole weekend including meals and wellness service. For breakfast only powder coffer was available but they offered to make normal one if I pay extra. Plenty of the groceries weren't there (ham, cheese) because they run out. Bread wasn't fresh. At that point I regretted I payed in advance. For dinner I asked the table for two but these tables were so squized that the people sitting to my right and to my left were closer than my wife sitting opposite to me. Not to mention people communing around with their luggage because only way how to get from reception to your room is through the restaurant. According to programme I payed for the dinner should be involved. It turned out that it applies only for cheap meals (meals of price less than 100,- crowns), for anything else you can get only minor discount (meal for 300,- crowns gets you discount of 70,- crowns). Again disappointing. As for wellness, there is no way you can arrange any visit times, they simply tell you when to visit what. Sauna was started only minutes before we arrived on scheduled time so it was warm and not hot. Whirlpool was good, massage was good as well, I give credit for that. Salt cave was damn joke, just empty room with sand on the floor. If I hadn't had payed in advance I would refuse to pay on the spot. To summarize, I will never ever visit this hotel ever again.

The food was delicious and fresh. When coming back to Jablonec nad Nisou, I am sure I will again book the Apart hotel.
